Hiretual is the Best Sourcing Tool I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hiretual always gives me relevant, updated contact info for my candidates (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, etc). It also streamlines my sourcing by using AI to suggest smart searches for candidates across different mediums (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I could think of, to be honest :) Thank you for an amazing product, Hiretual team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual is the best "one stop shop" for sourcing that I've used. Rather than having to rely on different platforms to keep track of things like projects, searches, etc, I can use Hiretual to efficiently streamline all my needs in one place
I found people that I never saw before

I love how the AI works. It found - new to me - people that were right on target for searches that I've done dozens of times before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. The team is super helpful and nice. The product is continuously improving and adding features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found people that I never found before and that is what it's all about!

- Hiretual saves me a huge amount of time in sourcing and looking up contact information.
- AI sourcing function does most of the heavy lifting
- Automatic schedule, outreach, sequence emails, candidate open rate and reply tracking
- Projects allow you to organize your roles and prioritize your outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some target markets in the EU & China specifically is sporadic in availability.
- Some are outdated profiles with broken LI links.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is super easy to use, has excellent features (AI, Email Marketing Campaigns, etc.), and has made a significant increase in productivity for my whole recruitment team! It really allows my team to automate the mundane tasks, such as finding profiles, and really focus on the most important part of recruitment which is engaging talent and building relationships with them! Additionally, the talent insight portion is awesome! Especially when we are looking at mapping talent across the country. It helps us pinpoint exactly where we should be focusing our valuable sourcing time each day to identify and engage the best talent out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about this tool! Seriously!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved a major problem that all recruiting teams have...and that is maximizing the time we spend on sourcing. Efficiency has increased 4X, our quality of hire has increased, and over all morale of the team because we are getting highly qualified candidates into the funnel with much less effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is a great tool to use to help create Boolean especially for niche searches. It helps take the thinking out of it!
One of my most favorite parts is the hireEZ Chrome extension - which I use on a variety of profile pages to easily identify not only contact information but just another way to source, as it suggests others with similar profiles!

I don't feel as though it always gets "smarter" with each new search.
I honestly cannot think of anything else. I use it every day! Maybe making spreadsheet uploads more simple?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to work smarter, not harder. Find ideal candidates while not having to think about a boolean to put together. Helps find contact info, to take contact off of LinkedIn and right to the person's email. Also, if I have no idea where to start with a complicated req - they have the boolean builder by copying and pasting the job description.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is an intuitive tool that captures the best methods of sourcing and makes them accessible to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some profiles do not have accurate email addresses, but I don't believe it is a realistic expectation to have 100% accuracy of this info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big thing that Hiretual helps me and my team is with Market Analytics - it allows us to plan accordingly for hard to fill roles and give realistic expectations of our search to other stakeholders.

Give it a shot, if you're still on the edge connect with some of the great product managers and support folks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to shortlist ideal candidates based on your job description and enabling the AI to understand what you are looking for and source additional candidates is a fantastic aspect of Hiretual. This reduces a lot of time for the recruiters and increases productivity. Another aspect we like is the extended search - increases possibility beyond regular search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sure the team @ hiretual is already working on improving whats missing, however here is what I feel can take an enhancement.
Advanced Filters can take an enhancement allowing the users to filter on the basis of work authorization.
Phone numbers for many of the candidates do not appear. If Hiretual can partner with other providers to get that data, it will be really beneficial.

Hiretual is a one stop shop for all the recruiters needs. You can find the ideal candidate with relevant contact details at a pace faster than the traditional sites.

Hiretual can replace a lot of traditional websites that exist out there in the market. This tool allows you to get better at recruiting. Assists new recruiters with boolean strings, allows seasoned recruiters to play with the AI aspect. It is Recruiters Best Partner. Definitely worth investing in Hiretual.
GDPR Compliant
What do you like best about the product?
In Europe, it has become a bit more difficult to screen and find the contact details of qualified candidates. Hiretual is GDPR compliant; these guys moved fast and updated their system in a manner where the candidate is on board with the whole process - pretty amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything. Their support, even after sales, is the best - they will never let you with questions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all the required contact info of the candidates - several social media accounts are parced so the results are pretty accurate!

Hiretual allows me to work fewer hours while increasing my production it's that simple, i.e., more placements!

As a sole practitioner, the price is a bit steep. But it's totally worth it. You just have to go for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual cuts my sourcing time in half. It allows me to engage with more candidates, speak to more clients and allows me that elusive work/life balance. It's been a life-saver, literally!

What do you like best about the product?
Operating as a standalone platform helped source and identify data points for individuals other platforms did/could not. The feature rich platform is easy to use and the support team are receptive and responsive to changes or occasional issues
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any platform the users want all the features all the time, with 3 levels of subscription most can be pleased with one of them. Premium model wold add real value if email campaigns and nurturing included.
