What do you like best about the product?
Just used the "persona/insights" feature in Hiretual. Very thorough, detailed research. I was able to prove to a client that he needed to expand his geographic boundaries if he wanted any real candidate pool. Might be helpful in deciding whether or not to accept an assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to see the names of the candidates produced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deciding where to focus my sourcing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Arrange for a trial. You'll be favorably impressed.

Easy to use design, Smart AI, and great campaigning features

What do you like best about the product?
The two things I like most are the AI powered search to help gather the best candidates for recruiting a project and the campaigning features. Creating a sequence is easy and effective at reaching your audience. Making following ups or sending reminders a breeze. We also use the insights feature for gathering market data when scoping and planning new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more analytic features and also ways to send emails on behalf of other team members without having to create (buy) more seats for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual automates a lot of the work for recruiters. We are able to spend more time sourcing and engaging with candidates when Hiretual takes away all the work of following up with people. It's as easy as clicking yes and inserting a template for messaging. Then you can just wait for responses to trickle into your inbox.

Best Sourcing Tool on the Market!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is by far my favorite sourcing tool The ability to source so effectively gives you time back to spend directly on revenue producing activities. Its intuitive interface removes the need to come up with complex search strings while pulling info from multiple sources across the net to build a comprehensive profile. Not only does it identify a broader candidate base, but the profiles allow you to toggle between multiple tools with the ease of one click icons.

Additionally, its powerful AI can source multiple skills/opportunities at once increasing your reach exponentially...easily cutting your sourcing time in half. Hiretual's ROI is the easiest justification in our toolbox.

Do yourself a favor and buy it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been minor tweaks to search functionality that would make the tool more comprehensive; however, the team at Hiretual is extremely responsive, open to learning how they can make improvements and often take the advice of their users to enhance the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual allows us to fill more positions with less recruiting staff. It's ability to multiply your resources due to the breadth of candidates it can reach through automated drip campaigns makes keeping your pipeline full a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say that this finds 7/10 profiles on average
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a search function integrated so that I can source more easily. With a search function integrated then I would be able to not only locate contact info, but also find more qualified candidates efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving with hiretual are mainly related to sourcing and locating candidate contact information. I use the tool to locate the information so that I can streamline the candidate contact process

Recognize passive applicants with Hiretual

What do you like best about the product?
You can use the browser extension of Hiretual not only to get an overview into applicants but also to get the contact's information, such as an address, a phone number or office numbers in some situations. And there are precise contact data for the applicants approximately almost all the time. Also, Hiretual counts with a creative and committed board who truly works with its clients. What I like so much about Hiretual currently is the recruitment analysis function, which offers me an instant impression that my quest, the scope of the talent pool and the summary data is actually working, and encourage me to expand my search parameters and crumble it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Services offered by Hiretual are good, but I wish the app icons could change, as it can be a bit distracting often. Other than that. I have zero complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual is used in the HR department of my company to help us recognize passive applicants that would be hard to find with other sources. It provides us with extremely precise data and analytical observations that enable us to work at the maximum level in effect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiretual is an outstanding tool in the arsenal of recruiters. If you want to discover an email from an applicant, Hiretual will give you the answer in a matter of seconds. We found out that Hiretual is an asset for our rural recruitment efforts that could be extremely complex and hard to tackle.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for me to get messages out to candidates! In just a few clicks I have messages out, follow ups scheduled, and responses show up right in the "responded" tab and in my inbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have consistently seen a decrease in the number of candidates sourced from the AI tool. We have brought this up with support but they always make it seem like it's on end but we aren't teaching us any additional information to improve our search or process. Also, they need to do a better job of getting rid of the bogus LinkedIn profiles or duplicate LinkedIn profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding real candidates and have emails and LinkedIn profiles to reach out to. I have found a lot of the phone numbers are incorrect, but the emails and LinkedIn profiles are much more accurate. We are able to save notes for candidates to include their occupational preferences, like they're not interested in contract or remote only.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a great product. Our only concern is that the quantity of candidates sourced has dropped significantly from the beginning which is odd because typically products get better, now worse. We have brought this to their attention a few times so hopefully we'll see an update from them shortly.

So far nothing we like everything we are getting so far.

Tons of contact information
Great features like AI sourcing that basically does the heavy lifting for you
Boolean builder based on job descriptions for the win! :D

Occasionally, the app does not have personal email addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic sourcing ability especially on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many results. Can be overwhelming till you really understand the ability of the tool. Once you get started with the tool it makes sense as you really hone down the searches.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is my tool of choice for sourcing / recruitment. It is my go to for finding candidates with their contact information across disciplines and industries. I’ve used other tools in the past and what I like most about Hiretual would be the powerful AI sourcing function and search insights feature. In addition to the technology, what particularly sets Hiretual apart from any other tool is the Hiretual People, Team and Community. Ninh Tran and team have really created an intuitive culture by being accessible, responsive, and open to customer feedback, suggestions, and feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike regarding Hiretual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically I am working on filling positions for stealth startups and small companies. Hiretual analytics have proven to be invaluable on research, building quality pipelines, candidate engagement and response rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not only is Hiretual a great tool, the community and support is amazing! For the price of a Linkedin recruiter seat you could purchase Hiretual Pro and 2 to 3 more sourcing tools.
