Excellent Platform for Aggregating Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to aggregate profiles from a variety of social sites. If you are looking to export numerous profiles and sync with your ATS Hiretual makes this particularly simple. They have a wide variety of tech talent, with easy access to sites like linkedin. The filters are all intuitive and easy to use. It has a solid AI match for the criteria you enter and can zero in on what you are really looking for in profiles. This is certainly a helpful resource for recruiting tech talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI time to source profiles can sometimes take longer than i would hope to see, and can lag a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a way to aggregate numerous relevant profiles in a short amount of time. It has a wider scope and access than other recruiting sites and i've made numerous hires through this platform.

Keep in touch with your account manager and give them feedback- they have always been able to adjuct and correct issues quickly
Great platform for recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual makes it very easy to find and sort through candidates. The projects are easy to keep track of and it is easy to set up outreach to candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there could be some more filters to screen out candidates who are in other projects or who have not been seen by the team before. There is one filter that will remove candidates who have been viewed in the last few months, but it only works for searches under 1,000 total candidates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for me personally is the amount of time it saves. I still am looking at each candidate that the platform pulls up for me, but I am spending much less time sorting through and adding the candidates to a project, Hiretual makes things very quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and wase of use of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, except that I wish I had this tool earlier in my career. It would have made data mining more efficient and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for me is being able to source diverse talent in a more impactful manner.

Engage with them as a partner. Their customer service and user support is top tier.

The best hiring platform ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is the love child of LinkedIn and Glassdoor; if they had a baby, it would be Hiretual. It is the most user-friendly souring tool I have ever used, and I have used plenty in my talent acquisition career.
The UI is great to look at, smooth flow, and I am enjoying the user experience. I do not feel like I have to make too many clicks to get to what I need.
The FREE Chrome extension is a great way to start if you are not sure about making the full investment, but once you start using that extension, you will realize that purchasing the platform is a no brainer.
Simplicity in finding good candidates is what I am looking for, along with accessibility to a large database, and Hiretual is all of that and more.
The customer experience has been great so far, and the user experience is second to none. Keke and Winona are amazing.

There is nothing to dislike. Nothing is perfect, and as a platform, I am confident they will grow from strength to strength.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an HR Professional, and a podcaster and the Chrome extension has been great to help me find guests for my podcast and speakers for some of the events I host virtually. It is a well-rounded sourcing platform, and you can use it for so many things other than talent acquisition.

Start with the Chrome extension because it is free and then work your way up to paying for the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is a fully integrated candidate sourcing tool. From market insights reports to email sequences this is your one stop shop to supercharge your sourcing. From Executive search to high volume staffing, this is really a recruiters best friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is always something that has been something to look at. Although competitive now, smaller organisations would be more open to use if the cost was lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to candidate engagement is the major factor and being able to track the engagement. With the insights reports, clients/hiring managers can see what the market has for the skills they are looking for.

Hiretual is the best sourcing tool I have used. I recruit in the UK and EU and even though they are an American company the search results and contact find features are brilliant in this market. Even in comparison to more UK/EU focussed tools I have used.
The UI is simple, great to use but also very nice to look at whilst being intuitive. Others can be messy, complex and clunky. Hiretual ticks this box as you need a tool you are happy coming back to over and over again.
Easy to quickly copy an email contact from the chrome extension and ping off an email.

Nothing to not of that I dislike. No tool is perfect but Hiretual has the best UX in my opinion and I have used / trialled quite a few!

Unearthing good contacts you may have overlooked and being able to reach out quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool SWAGs the market for talent exceptionally well and acts as a 1-stop sourcing shop for identifying the talent market, finding the right candidates, and reaching them through drip email messaging; with solid reporting to build strategic team-oriented hiring processes
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes small bugs in the software can surface, this is rarely a problem for anyone except the most high-powered and super experienced Hiretual users and they are good about responding to the issue to let you know if they're aware of them or not, and when they anticipate to resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a cost perspective, Hiretual is an exceptional and affordable startup candidate sourcing solution. It's cheaper but more feature-rich for its pricing than nearly every other provider I've encountered (and that's across dozens of similar tools)
Best sourcing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is providing all the information in one place that we as sourcers need to perform our job well. I like the most the fact the data insights feature! It's my favourite thing in the world! This helps so much recruiter to understand the market and refocus if needed and change the strategy. The design is easy to understand which is an amazing asset for our hiring managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I do not have something I dislike. We always need to remember that an AI tool will provide us with the information we are asking for, so in case you do not have much experience in sourcing or on a specific profile, you need to dig deeper into your role to make sure your search is successful, do not expect that Hiretual that will do all the job for you:) You need to calibrate your search by feeding the correct information to the AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sourcing is faster, my research is ready in seconds, the time I was used to invest in this manually is now used for making sure my outreach to my candidates is personalised and meaningful. Doing sourcing, outreach and market insights in our tool is definitely everything you need as a recruiter.
