Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, data-driven, It really is a recruiter's best friend.

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love to have data for all of my roles. Find great candidates, and speed up my time to reach out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the support provided by Hiretual. Hiretual reaches out to us frequently to ensure everything is going well with our user experience. They are quick to respond to our requests for information and suggestions to improve the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Hiretual has worked closely with us as a trusted partner. We are very satisfied with our Hiretual experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving our recruiters more time to spend in the value zone, talking to candidates directly. Hiretual does our research and identifies candidates for us while our recruiters are engaged in other tasks.

AI Sourcing is incredible and fast, second to none in the industry!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see the likelihood of a reply is one thing about LinkedIn Recruiter that is helpful. It needs a rejection email autogenerator that can be sent from a no-reply address.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can send emails that are already really great templates. They aren't spammy sounding and they are diverse choices to select from. Hiretual allows me to filter the talent based on current and previous companies and its a whole lot more emails than Linkedin Recruiter. But my FAVORITE part of Hiretual is the community efforts.. I don't feel like just a user. I feel like family! They hear my suggestions and implement them... I've tried others and no one can compete with this.

I wish I could decipher from those that we are able to work with that do and don't require sponsorship
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing faster for my clients and hiring even faster than before. Recently we had a super star Marketing Director role that we spent night after night negotiating only for the candidate to decide that she was not going with the role. Client did not have a chance to be upset because I was able to find a replacement in 2 hrs get her interviewed and offer letter in less than a week with Hiretuals AI sourcing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate.. This is one of those services that you need to grow and build your team or anyone of your clients' teams

Difficult to make small changes once the sourcing has begun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great BI tool to create rich target lists. When building a sales pipeline, Hiretual gave me the ability to create a 400 person target list by key companies along with cantact information. Easily uploaded into Salesforce, and the sales team was off and running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bottom line, it's a better tool for first round touchpoint vs. LinkedIn. You are not bound by their algorithm, and you can see/control where your emails are going.

What do you like best about the product?
People with other tools come to me to ask me to help them find contact information with Hiretual. It works when all others fail. Their AI actually finds the RIGHT people. It is outstanding!

Doesn't have VM or Text Drop :( I have provided this feedback since other weaker AI SAAS has these features.

FInding talent faster than others. For agency, it WILL pay for itself.

Contact Information is the BEST hands down
Ease of use..really no learning curve...lets face it us recruiters don't really read directions...I don't. Plus they have great chat/help if you need it.
They have a drip-email campaign built in.
I also love the ease of downloading the contact information or connecting to your ATS...
LAST this is HUGE...they added a monthly option. SO many people are misinformed on the options of Hiretual. I am on Facebook groups all the time that say it cost $8-12k a year..well yah what version do you have.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you talk to them don't make your decision based on someone else's experience because they may have a different set-up or program. Hiretual has been changing so much especially in the last year. I had no idea they had a month to month program. I see so many comments in groups. I've just learned to ask questions these days.

What do you like best about the product?
1 - They listen to customer feedback and incorporate it into their future design. They are building a tool for recruiters and realize our feedback is critical.
2 - This is the best tool I have found to help with sourcing diversity candidates.
3 - Their email sequencing tool is far better than the stand-alone solutions, especially since it's built-in.

There's a learning curve to getting up to speed. They will invest in educating you on how to use everything, but you also need to invest the time into using the tools.

hiretual is the best sourcing tool ever

sourcing talent, managing projects, and doing outreach campaigns :)
I like the profiles, email addresses, exporting lists, etc.
the UI/UX seems to work well -- we love the workflow we've set up with hiretual

What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile app to do my work, so i have to rely on a web browser when on the phone. i would assume that in 2021 the product team will want to get that built and released Hopefully, on android first, haha. It's not a massive dislike since 90% of the time i work on pc/laptop ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding and hiring ideal candidates for hard to fill roles. we really use it well for tech, sales, exec openings. our clients are picky and hiretual seems to have access to the most complete data set for talent!
Fantastic Sourcing tool

AI sourcing, Quality Candidates, Ease of Use
What do you dislike about the product?
AI sourcing can take 10 minutes or so, However you can work on other sourcing projects at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found far better candidates at a far faster rate than with any other tool that we have used. It is Hiretuals AI sourcing feature that cuts out almost all of my time as a recruiter. I have reached the point where 80% of the candidates sourced are perfect fits for what I am looking for.

Pay for the service, it is worth every penny.
