What do you like best about the product?
The power and time. CRM functionality. And the continuous updates :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike any restriction--so sometimes i wish i could query my entire pipeline just like i could a single project. This might be asking too much since i would probably cap on candidate consumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual is giving me a more realistic insight into the market --more understanding of reach and just more heightened perspective to share with my team. CRM functionality is new to my team --something i never take for granted --and Hiretual is excellent at this. More personally, Hiretual has elevated my sourcing skills or at least fine-tuned--with the quick tweaking and re-tweaking of queries (Which is like practice for a sourcer) --i am able to ahead of curve.

its like having a sourcing team without a sourcing team

I like that I can pull emails and do some general organization with campaigns

I dislike that I can't bulk upload anything into the software. Everything is very one-off based

Pulling emails and being able to quickly find and source candidates

I think it's ok, I would like higher accuracy and ratio on the emails pulled.

Sourcing candidates at scale and scrolling each profile as I source.
A Great tool that is continuously improving.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual allows me to narrow my search and focus on the keywords found in candidate's profiles more easily than on LinkedIn Recruiter. Their database is one of the best I have used and when set up properly is a great tool to leverage your time when doing candidate outreach. The ability to search within the candidate's profiles is better than on LinkedIn Recruiter, I have found. Their searches turn up better matches in my opinion. They offer multiple payment options and they are constantly updating the platform to improve based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better integration with my CRM/ATS but hopefully that is coming soon. I would love if it could integrate with LinkedIn Recruiter as well. I have to keep Hiretuals ATS and LI Recruiter updated with the process separately which creates a lot of duplicate work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual allows me to read through candidate profiles more quickly, and locate key terms I am searching for and read them for context. It also provides me with contact information for potential candidates. This helps me search for candidates more effectively and fill my open positions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not hesitate to reach out and speak with the team and get a demo. It is not cheap but the time you save will be worth it. They allow you to upgrade your account so you can start slow if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The large and diverse pool of candidates for hard to fill tech roles. The AI is of superior quality and is able to comb the talent pool across multiple sources and channels, and real time outreach as the reocmmendations get updated for the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to filter more than 1000 people for reach outs if the candidate pool in a project exceeds 1000 candidates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sourcing for niche roles, sourcing diversity candidates in tech, insights for reporting of pipeline and candidate pool strength
The easiest and quick tool to use for candidate list generation
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to follow and allows me to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking GitHub sourcing specifically for technical roles. Although it has some GitHub/technical sourcing abilities, Seekout's GitHub sourcing with their power filters and filtering based on expertise of specific tech stacks makes it a little better than hiretual. However, hiretual is still much faster and with a much simpler and easier UI than Seekout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual helps me generate a large and complete list of candidates matching my requirements instantly. It's great for making sure I'm finding everybody available, and I can do it instantaneously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiretual is the best tool I've came across in terms of ease of use and being able to produce results quickly. Some other sourcing tools may have specific advantages or are able to pull from different sets of data, but in terms of the overall sourcing tools I've used, hiretual is by far the best in my own experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual has a great search setup. I love that they have custom lists and the ability to target or exclude any search area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option of a slider bar that gives me options to create a custom range of experience rather than the buckets they have created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hiretual to identify closely fitting talent to our positions based on skills and technologies. This is a great tool to find and engage passive talent that is closely aligned to the hiring needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I can contact a considerably higher number of applicants and build email campaigns with less administration. You may schedule email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may receive the wrong email address every once in a while, which may be a bit humiliating that it is tiny compared to the advantage of the instrument. There is no mobile app for my work. Thus I must depend on a web browser on my phone. I'd expect the product team to be created and delivered in 2021. An alert system of that candidate can assist fix it in recent conversations/emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communal effort is my FAVORITE aspect of Hiretual. I have tried other people, and none of them can compete. At several points, we can constantly construct huge, difficult-to-fill or not to fill candidate pipelines for all our demands. Instead of utilizing LinkedIn mail, we receive direct contact information—mostly e-mail and sometimes telephone numbers. We like to create and attract passive prospects, and collecting data is an excellent approach to find candidates.
