Good for external recruiters
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual lets me organize my candidates by project and saves my progress. I like that it pulls from a variety of sources and will bring me right to most candidates' LinkedIn pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat expensive but should be able to pay for itself with only a couple of placements. A major downside is that most candidates I'm reaching out to have been passive and aren't interested in a job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have another place to source from - there are only so many candidates elsewhere. Sometimes the same candidate won't respond on LinkedIn but will respond to a Hiretual email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the pro package and learn to use the system/see if it's working for you before you go all out. It takes a little practice to effectively use everything and see results.

Cluttered, monotonous GUI similar colors and fonts make it heard to focus.

Ask for a thorough tutorial.

Independent contact tracking rate on opens when creating a sequence is lacking.

I have been able to automate a sequence email directly from my project, Which increases efficiency in closing job recs

This is a sourcing and contact tool, but not an ATS. We use it along with Loxo, and it has become an everyday use tool for our business, increasing productivity and billings.

The filters you can use to sort candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hirtual is an expensive tool. It also sometimes doesn't have up to date candidate information. I frequently fiind out a candidate has recently changed jobs after I view their LinkedIn profile.

Solving sourcing problems. Benefits- it's a robust tool.

Great tool to get the job done. Filters provide a lot of ways to get the information.
Hiretual solves the SOURCING problem!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual has elaborate filters so that the "right" candidate can be 'defined' as precisely as possible. It captures the complete online presence of candidates, giving an elaborate overview of things that matter the most. Reaching out to candidates is a breeze, with the email sequencing option, making follow ups relatively easy and improving the response rate significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite an expensive tool for a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve the SOURCING problem with Hiretual, since sourcing well done is more than half the job well done. And while the market is full of ATS tools, it is extremely difficult to find good "sourcing" tools. Major benefit with Hiretual is that I do not need to scout multiple platforms for talent now, Hiretual gives me one centralised place to search for relevant people.

Notes you add delete on candiates profile

Exporting excel should go upto 2000 instead of 1000.

A lot of the phone numbers are incorrect or disconnected.

It's good for getting profile and email addresses, its good for sourcing candidates in a thin candidate market.

Slow speed of the portal. Takes a long time in buffering

Great Tool for sourcing and cost effective

I like that the tool scrapes all sites and gives full view of a candidate.
I also really like how you can customize your project stages.
All types of roles can be searched and geographies, you can do a search as broad or specific as you need

I really wish the tool included basic diversity searching for the professional version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm able to cover much more ground in one place, instead of going to linkedin, github, facebook etc.. all separately. With email and open/ reply tracking I've been able to edit my templates to increase my response rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LOVE this tool, costs the same as Linkedin Lite but much much better. I compare it to LI Recruiter but at a fraction of the cost.
