Having a lot of contact information and the ease of use

The contact info is often incorrect. It's emailing the wrong candidates

Search criteria interface is very easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
A majority of replies are candidates asking to unsubscribe. Or suspicious as to how their email address was sourced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 8-9 months, I've found 3 candidates that actually landed interviews. LinkedIn remains our top tool for sourcing top candidates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search titles you want and titles you don't want. If you don't exclude titles/keywords, you'll notice titles you had no intention of searching pop up in your results

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach out to a lot of candidates at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are encountering bad information on people's profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not hired a single person using Hiretual as of yet. The benefits are being able to reach out to a lot of people at once my sending mass communications. I also like the sequence feature.

Be selective in mass messaging on candidates.
Serious Tool for Serious Recruiters!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is seamless and makes the candidate generation phase a complete breeze. Not the mention their diversity filters. We are always looking for great talent and finding the right people is extremely important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiretual is great, the recent changes to the UI seem to be an upgrade. My only complaint is if there was a recording or online tutorial we could easily follow for changes to Hiretual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual has helped me find diverse and talented individuals. The benefits of the filters within Hiretual make it a complete breeze and simplify my recuriting needs saving me time to spend more time prepping my candidates!

Hiretual is intuitive. If you put in the efffort to play around with it, you will most likely reap some great benefits!
Success in a Hard to Fill Market
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how wide the net that is cast when sourcing for unique skillsets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the amount of "bad" e-mail addresses that come back, but I can't hold that against Hiretual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to fill a niche technology role in a hard to fill (rural) market using Hiretual.
Good tool for recruiting and finding emails that aren't already on Entelo
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Chrome extension to find emails. That's the tool I use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can only use the Chrome extension 3 times/day. Other tools like SeekOut has a much higher contact threshold (500/month)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information. Really good for finding phone numbers for cold/warm calling and re-engaging existing candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
5 Big Wins (1) Untapped talent sourcing capabilities, (2) Contact information, (3) Email sequencing, (4) Market Insights, (5) Customer Service is top-notch (Eddie & Suman).
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional system slowness was addressed by customer service. Not every profile comes with personal contact information, but it is more advantageous to what we found without Hiretual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying untapped talent using additional filters has assisted the sourcing team in working smarter, not harder. Utilizing the automated sequencing messaging feature is a huge time saver.

The system is easy enough to use. Pretty intuitive. Provides ways to identify talent from a variety of external candidates. Can build messaging templates, incorporate email correspondence
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to fully assess at this time. However, when searching for diverse candidates, the ability to better identify candidates from middle eastern countries such as India, Iran and Pakistan along with other African Countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to identify diverse talent sooner in the sourcing process. The ability to eliminate the manual steps when contacting candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very effective in finding information technology candidates
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm limited to only exporting 200 candidates at a time.

The ability to effectively find qualified candidates with their search filters.
