We use NinjaOne to monitor outages in our IT infrastructure, particularly with servers, clients, and services. Additionally, we use it for automated patch management and the centralized execution of PowerShell scripts. This allows us to respond to issues more quickly, efficiently automate routine tasks, and increase system stability. NinjaOne helps us save time, minimize outages, and sustainably improve the security of our systems.
Efficiency and total control in remote endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface, reliable performance, and versatility of the features are the main highlights. My customer support team has gained new agility in responding to incidents and proactively managing devices. The monitoring and alerts module is extremely effective, remote scripts work flawlessly, and the integration with backup and antivirus tools greatly facilitates daily work. The centralized visibility of endpoints and detailed inventory save us precious time in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the experience has been very positive. If I had to point out something, it would be the desire to see greater flexibility in custom reports and more granularity in permission management by role – areas where there is still room for improvement, especially in MSP environments with multiple clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne, we faced challenges with limited visibility over endpoints, longer response times in remote support, and an excess of repetitive manual tasks. With NinjaOne:
- We significantly improved operational efficiency, thanks to the automation of routine tasks and custom scripts;
- We reduced incident resolution time, with fast remote access and real-time diagnostic features;
- We increased customer satisfaction by anticipating problems with proactive alerts and clear reports;
- We centralized the management of distributed environments, with clear visibility of all devices and enhanced compliance;
- We scaled our operation in a controlled manner, maintaining quality service even with the increase in the number of managed endpoints.
NinjaOne has become a critical tool for keeping our technical support agile, proactive, and focused on operational excellence.

A modern RMM tool that thinks along
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clearly structured, intuitive, and fulfills exactly what one expects from a modern RMM solution today. The implementation is straightforward and was completed in no time. The support is particularly noteworthy: even for seemingly trivial questions, you receive quick and competent help. We use NinjaRMM daily for user support and patch management – and it just works reliably. The numerous features are practical and well thought out. Particularly strong: the integration into our existing workflows – simply seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One must take some time to understand which modules and functions are truly relevant for one's own use case – especially at the beginning, this can seem a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous patch management system frequently distributed inappropriate updates – with sometimes undesirable consequences. Since switching to NinjaRMM, we have significantly more control with the intelligent repository and targeted filtering options – and noticeably better results.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the operating options correspond to what is needed nowadays. The installation and thus the implementation is hardly possible to be simpler. The support is really competent, even when you ask questions that seem pointless to yourself. We use it every day for user support and patch management, and it just performs. The many different functions also speak for themselves. The integration with our workflows is a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
One must indeed look closely at which components are now interesting for oneself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
