Can be very helpful during users forgot their password specially local computer we can just reset it at the back end. Also ninja keeps the bitlocker key and have been a lifesaver multiple times

My experience with NinjaOne

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward—even for less technical users. The dashboard provides excellent visibility across all endpoints, and the automation features (like scripting and patch management) save a lot of time. Integration with tools like TeamViewer, Bitdefender, and backup solutions is seamless. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful, and onboarding is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but there are some limitations:
The mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version.
More advanced reporting customization would be helpful.
No native support for managing macOS updates (limited patching options for macOS).
Some integrations (like ticketing or documentation systems) could be more robust or offer more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve key IT management challenges by centralizing device monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation into a single platform. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, which improves efficiency and reduces complexity in our day-to-day operations.

Benefits:

Faster incident response and resolution

Reduced downtime for users

Improved security posture through timely patching

Significant time savings for the IT team

Better end-user experience with fewer disruptions

Review for NinjaOne

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality it brings. The interface is easy to work with as well as the information about the devices that it pulls and shows inside the tenant. It is easy to set up end users on as well as assigning them devices to remote into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the time it takes for NinjaOne to assist with getting a support ticket fixed on the NinjaOne side. For instance, deleting a tenant that if an end user creates on instead of getting an invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various forms of computer and server issues. I am able to remote in and get the issue resolved quickly without having to jump through a lot of hoops getting remoted into the computer.

NinjaOne is an RMM built by IT for IT.

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaDojo Roadmap is an invaluable asset to the RMM. Not only are you kept abreast of future developments and their planned executions, but you can actively submit ideas and Ninja's Development Team will actually consider the request. Welcome to the future of RMM and true Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside being a relative term, only thing that comes to mind could be some of the more custom features like the Ninja CLI with Custom Fields. While not overly complicated, knowledge integration into MSP Teams may need to be saved for your Tier 3/L3 Technicians and above, which hinders it's adoption and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simple, Cost Effective, Ease of Use, Flexibility of Integrations. One of the issues with RMMs is SaaS. RMMs hoard partnerships, often times restricting integrations across platforms and then increase pricing so margins disappear. Ninja's RMM is tied to one ideal, make a good product that's cost effective and integrate with as many as possible.

Effectively consistant

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, it has provided the best experience for all the data I need for a device to be located in one place. I can push programs and systems and consistently rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a bit more organization, but that is not always the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a one-stop solution to admin passwords, remoting software and all the specs of a computer.

Competent Remote Endpoint Management

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customisable and extensible UI with the ability to remotely run scripts, perform updates schedule reboots and still see at a glance the "health" of an endpoint with colour scheming of healthy/unhealthy.

Support tickets can be initiated from within the webapp and are passed into a ZenDesk system with knowledgeable staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated UI at first, although this is generally mitigated in that everything you want to do can be initiated from the landing dashboard screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly purchased to manage patching of endpoints, the extra features were certainly value added

NinjaOne is the BEST RMM

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using NinjaOne, I was hesitant because our company used our previous RMM for almost 10 years. But after starting using it, it was one of the best transitions we have made. The support team made the transition super simple and was not much of a headache at all! The UI is super simplistic and I was comfortable navigating through it with ease. There have been multiple occasions where I was curious if it had certain capabilities, and sure enough it was super simple to figure out. There is so much Ninja One can do that helps our company as an MSP. I would recommend it to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Surprisingly, I currently do not have a downside to NinjaOne. Any issues that we have we reach out to support and they have been super helpful. We are currently working through an issue right now where an end user creating their own account and cannot access remote access to a computer in our tenant, but we are working through it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary RMM and helps us manage our endpoints efficiently.

Does everything I want, and they keep adding more!

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM has been a game-changer in our IT operations. Its modern, intuitive design makes daily tasks feel streamlined rather than tedious. The user interface is clean and responsive, offering quick access to everything from system health to patch management.

What really stands out is its reporting system—clear, customizable, and easy to generate for both internal use and client presentation. Whether I need a high-level summary or detailed metrics, NinjaRMM makes it painless.

The scripting and automation features are another huge win. The ability to deploy scripts across endpoints and schedule routine tasks saves an incredible amount of time. Whether you're handling maintenance, updates, or custom actions, the tools are flexible and powerful.

In short, NinjaRMM strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and robust functionality. It's a top-tier solution for anyone looking to streamline IT management with a modern, efficient platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the reporting from both the reporting tab and using the Devices tab. But I wish I could get the reports from the Reporting tab in a CSV too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility and forward facing nature of everything has been the biggest help. Alerts are clear and up front. Recent actions are logged and are very helpful for quick reference. Having everything easy to navigate and train users on is also VERY helpful and makes onboarding easy. Another thing that has been very helpful is being able to set up end-users with an MFA protected account to access their systems remotely. Clients have really loved that!

We use NinjaOne RMM to manage my clients' PCs and help desk tickets.

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Complete package that has modules that work well together. I really like the integration with BitDefender Gravity Zone. Training is good to get a fast start. I am a one man consultancy and NinjaOne helps me stay ahead issues while keeping my clients machines working better than well. I believe that NinjaOne has helped them stretch the life span of their Win 10 machines with regular maintenance. Support is easy to request and the techs have been very for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have time to be a guru of their entire system, so its taking me longer than I normally would, but it gets better after each training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are frugal and still have a lot of Win 10. They are all very happy about the performance of their PCs, they saw an uptick weekly for the over the first month. Occasionally I have to kick off a maintenance task and clear drive space, remotely kill services that spike and setoff alerts. My income surely went up after NinjaOne was installed.

Great Remote Support, Fantastixc 365 backups, great options, backuo side is lacking

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the ease of use and the easy understanding of the program both user and tech side.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a very large amount of NinjaOne Backup Failures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly improving there platform which is a huge benefit and isn't always the case with competitors,
