    Law Practice

IT Analyist - NinjaOne use

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navagate the options and laid out in a logical manner much easier than other similar products

Amount of information on a device is incredibly helpful for troubleshooting and quick to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of middle mouse click support for morning device checks is a bit disappointing (it defaults to all items, not for example Failed OS patches)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch monitoring after a patch has been pushed out by developers is very easy with NinjaOne and makes catching any failed patches incredibly easy

It helps me keep track of everything.

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how in-depth the tracking abilities are, seeing what devices are running and how they are doing. It is easy to see what I need to see and keep up with things on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is intimidating to dig into everything, for someone new, because at first glance it seems simple but obviously in order to fully utilize the system you have to dig a little deeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see computers and how often they are used, as well as who is using them, really solves the issue of remotely managing multiple devices.

Great RMM solution! We use it as a daily tool.

  • July 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use the software as a tool for our MSP customers. This results in almost daily interactions. In principle, we are very satisfied with the dashboard, which is clearly designed. Much of it is self-explanatory or can be figured out by experimenting. However, through introductory coaching, almost every question can be quickly clarified or answered later. The patch management has been working very satisfactorily after the latest updates. We haven't used the automated scripts much yet, despite having them for a while, but there are plenty of possibilities and a lot can be integrated. The reporting function is definitely useful. The integrated remote maintenance tool Splashtop is practical, even though we historically use a different solution for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app still has room for improvement in terms of remote management of devices. However, this is not yet very relevant for us at the moment. We would like to see a broader integration of third-party libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjaone helps us with centralized endpoint management, allowing the health status of endpoints to be monitored across customers.

    Information Technology and Services

NinjaOne is a great service that makes helping our clients quick and easy.

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is vey straightforward to use as well as setting it up for new users. With how often I use it being able to use it with little to no issues is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features when actually remoted onto a client's device. There is enough to get by but I feel like there are more possible items that could be included like differentiating between when a client is using the cursor versus another user using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remote onto client computers to perform tech support.

Some of the alerting features i wish could be tailored further for example low disk space alerts we cannot modify which disk or partitions to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our RMM need to manage between all our clients

My experience with NinjaOne

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward—even for less technical users. The dashboard provides excellent visibility across all endpoints, and the automation features (like scripting and patch management) save a lot of time. Integration with tools like TeamViewer, Bitdefender, and backup solutions is seamless. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful, and onboarding is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but there are some limitations:
The mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version.
More advanced reporting customization would be helpful.
No native support for managing macOS updates (limited patching options for macOS).
Some integrations (like ticketing or documentation systems) could be more robust or offer more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve key IT management challenges by centralizing device monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation into a single platform. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, which improves efficiency and reduces complexity in our day-to-day operations.

Benefits:

Faster incident response and resolution

Reduced downtime for users

Improved security posture through timely patching

Significant time savings for the IT team

Better end-user experience with fewer disruptions

Review for NinjaOne

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality it brings. The interface is easy to work with as well as the information about the devices that it pulls and shows inside the tenant. It is easy to set up end users on as well as assigning them devices to remote into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the time it takes for NinjaOne to assist with getting a support ticket fixed on the NinjaOne side. For instance, deleting a tenant that if an end user creates on instead of getting an invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various forms of computer and server issues. I am able to remote in and get the issue resolved quickly without having to jump through a lot of hoops getting remoted into the computer.

NinjaOne is an RMM built by IT for IT.

  • July 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaDojo Roadmap is an invaluable asset to the RMM. Not only are you kept abreast of future developments and their planned executions, but you can actively submit ideas and Ninja's Development Team will actually consider the request. Welcome to the future of RMM and true Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside being a relative term, only thing that comes to mind could be some of the more custom features like the Ninja CLI with Custom Fields. While not overly complicated, knowledge integration into MSP Teams may need to be saved for your Tier 3/L3 Technicians and above, which hinders it's adoption and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simple, Cost Effective, Ease of Use, Flexibility of Integrations. One of the issues with RMMs is SaaS. RMMs hoard partnerships, often times restricting integrations across platforms and then increase pricing so margins disappear. Ninja's RMM is tied to one ideal, make a good product that's cost effective and integrate with as many as possible.
