Effortless Automation and Patching with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its powerful automation capabilities for critical processes. We use it mainly for auto-remediation on servers — for example, when a service goes down, preconfigured PowerShell scripts automatically run to resolve the issue. This has significantly reduced response times and avoided unnecessary escalations. We’ve also fully replaced WSUS with NinjaOne's Windows Patching, which has made our patching process far easier. What used to be a painful and tedious task with WSUS is now just a few clicks away. Additionally, the use of groups helps us deploy configurations faster and organize devices more logically and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a solid platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, NinjaRemote sometimes takes quite a while to connect to endpoints, which can be frustrating during time-sensitive support sessions. It would also be a major improvement to allow creation of "Automation Sets" — automations that bundle together multiple prebuilt automation scripts into one unified workflow.
Additionally, the filtering capabilities are somewhat limited. It would be extremely helpful to filter by devices running a specific process, for example. Reporting could also be more advanced — such as exporting lists of local administrators by device.
Another highly requested feature would be automatic detection and listing of unmanaged devices (e.g., peripherals connected to endpoints), and the ability to create custom monitored devices, such as internal APIs reachable via network probes, where alerting behavior could be customized based on the response.
Finally, alert customization could be significantly enhanced. More granular control, similar to what tools like Checkmk offer, would make NinjaOne even more powerful in complex environments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has significantly streamlined endpoint management, reduced repetitive workloads, and empowered us to proactively manage IT tasks that used to require manual effort and constant supervision.
Product convinces and support excites!
What do you like best about the product?
The super nice and competent team, the support that addresses problems, the clear dashboard, the integration possibilities,…
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app still very limited, NinjaRemote still has some issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, this question is very unclearly formulated.
Great product that help revolutionize our environment
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect is the level of control we get on the devices. From being able to push software, control update or do a remote session in the background while the user keeps working it is all amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of set up to be done. If you spend the time on it though and get it set up the way you need with APIs and things the system is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets us access to all the users computers and has our tech team able to easily resolve issues using scripts or other set ups we have done to facilitate a great user experience with phenomenal tools for our techs.
This it the RMM to have
What do you like best about the product?
This is a tool that is easy to use, understand, and implement. They continually add new features to enhance usability and security. When I have issues, support is always available and responds quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup tool is not the easiest to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the RMM we use for all acquisitions.
Very good tool for my IT team
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive tool that provides visibility of the entire IT infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support, in some cases, has been quite challenging for us to resolve technical issues or tool failures. For example, the mitigated alerts from Sentinel One remained in NinjaOne and there was no way to remove the alert, even when the mitigation process was already resolved. This caused some chaos within NinjaOne and at the technical service level, it took them a while to find the problem; we dealt with this issue for 2 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the design level, we would be pleased to be able to add an additional color to the alerts, which currently only have 3 colors (green, yellow, or red), for example, Blue, for when we put the equipment in maintenance mode so that it doesn't seem like they have an issue.
“From Patching to Backups – One Tool to Rule Them All”
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a game-changer for our IT operations. We primarily use it for RMM, endpoint management, and patching, and it’s both powerful and simple to operate. The remote monitoring tools are fast and give clear visibility into all devices, while automated patching and compliance reports have drastically reduced manual work and security risks.
We’re currently testing SaaS backups, and so far, it’s looking very promising, especially with O365 integration, which simplifies our backup strategy and cuts costs.
Overall, NinjaOne is lean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity.
Try it! you wont regret it

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but I would like to see more things added, to further expand N1 capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has streamlined our IT operations by consolidating remote monitoring, endpoint management, and patching into a single, easy-to-use platform. We no longer juggle multiple tools or worry about missed updates—automated patching and real-time monitoring have significantly improved security and reduced manual effort. The integration with SaaS backup, which we’re currently testing, looks promising and is set to simplify our O365 backup strategy while cutting costs. Overall, NinjaOne has eliminated inefficiencies and given us a clearer, faster way to manage our environment.
“NinjaOne RMM: Clean, Fast, and Focused”
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how fast, lightweight, and clean it is. Everything feels streamlined — from onboarding new devices to running scripts or pushing patches. There’s no clutter, and it’s clearly built with technicians in mind. Tasks that feel clunky in other RMMs are quick and smooth here. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about NinjaOne is that it can feel a bit limited for advanced use cases. If you’re looking for deep PSA features or highly custom automation chains, it’s not as flexible as some bigger platforms. Also, mobile support is basic, and reporting could be more detailed out of the box. It’s excellent for simplicity — but that comes with some trade-offs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of managing multiple devices and endpoints remotely without complexity. It lets you patch, monitor, remote in, and automate tasks — all from one place — with minimal setup.
The benefit is huge: less time spent fighting the tool, more time solving real issues. It’s fast to deploy, reduces downtime, and gives clear visibility into systems — perfect for small IT teams or MSPs who need to move quickly without being buried in menus.

New Rollout of NinjaRMM
What do you like best about the product?
The support team from Ninja has been excellent. Very fast response times, as well as thorough troubleshooting. They have been key in helping us through some problems with our rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor problem, but one issue I have found is the limitation of only 5 files for an installation package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is an all in one solution for us. Previously, we had to utilize several different platforms to manage all of our devices (Landscape, InTune, AirWatch, SCCM). But we have been able to move everything under one system.
Overall very good, Windows patching is a big minus
What do you like best about the product?
- Real time reporting
- Ease of software deployment
- Unification of third party patching
- Integrations

What do you dislike about the product?
- Highly unreliable windows patching with limited agent configuration
- No ability to remove superceded Windows updates without hosting own WSUS server
- NinjaWPM.exe download via the agent is highly unreliable in our testing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is primarily replacing SCCM- Notoriously bad agent check-ins and precaching of data meant that asset information wasn't great.
