What do you like best about the product?
When we decided to make change to our RMM, we looked at multiple options and ultimately choose Ninja and boy is my team happy! Everything from deployment to everyday maintenance tasks are so simple to manage. When support is needed the team at Ninja is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see move of is prewritten reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has helped us with so many things! The most impactful I think has been patch management and better insight into specific machines with patching issues.

Solid Product

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is intuitive to use and very powerful. The interface is well designed and the agent does what's it's supposed to do. The remote connect works extremely well and connects up shortly after it reboots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is lacking. No phone support for urgent issues. You have to open a ticket via email and setup a call if needed. It can take time for it to happen. No ticketing portal to see past tickets or open tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaOne for remote monitoring and management. The biggest problem it's solving is patch management. It does a fairly good job with Windows and 3rd party patching.

An upside of using NinjaOne is its centralized platform that simplifies IT management—allowing you to monitor, support, and manage all devices efficiently from one place.

Great product, feature-rich, really supportive account management & support team

What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility with Windows, macOS and Linux is a major feature for our business as our end users use all 3 OS architectures. Being able to have an agent for each OS makes OS monitoring and patch management very simple.

Easy to deploy; I use the service daily; and any time I have a query the support team and account manager are always happy to give me time to resolve the issues.

The remote support features allows us to seamlessly connect to our remote colleagues machines to enable swift support. No additional agent/software downloads, no codes for connections etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have come across is that I need to create a dedicated administrator use account for macOS devices to allow the NinjaOne agent to run correctly. This is maybe more of a macOS security feature than a negative towards NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS version monitoring & patching
Application version monitoring & patching
Remote execution of scripts to support our end users
Streamlining of onboarding new devices

What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja RMM service runs into issues occasionally and there's no back up way to get it running if you don't have the use of RDP or other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to remotely support our users from a central location

What do you like best about the product?
Menus are easy to navigate, device performance clearly laid out, being able to run cmd or powershell remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activities feed just saying Failed for patch without a proper reason when multiple patches are installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to manage patches on a number of machines that would be tedious to update manually.
