Easy to use and setup even if you have never used it before. Great user interface. Deployment is easy and I use it everyday to support my users.

Way better than MECM

What do you like best about the product?
As an MECM administrator at my previous company, Ninja is a breath of fresh air. Easy to use, navigate and find what you're needing to do. Simple to update and patch devices. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To copy the local admin password you first have to view the password before you're able to copy that password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Ninja for patch management and recently started to use Ninja for our IT documentation. We also use the backup service and splashtop service for remote support. Literally an all-in-one easy to use device management application. Never going back to MECM.

NinjaOne’s CrowdStrike Integration: Great Today, Even Better Tomorrow

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a cybersecurity professional, I’m always on the lookout for tools that streamline operations and enhance security capabilities. NinjaOne has truly stood out in this regard, especially with its flawless integration of CrowdStrike.

The integration between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike is a game-changer. It allows me to seamlessly deploy CrowdStrike’s powerful EDR solutions across all endpoints managed by NinjaOne, providing top-tier endpoint protection with minimal friction. The ease of integration means I don’t have to jump through hoops to set everything up, which saves me both time and resources—essential for an efficient security workflow.

The licensing process is another feature I deeply appreciate. NinjaOne’s straightforward approach to license management ensures that CrowdStrike licenses are managed with ease. The process is clear and intuitive, making it hassle-free to assign, renew, and monitor licenses for all the devices under my care. This makes managing cybersecurity resources much more efficient and organized, especially when scaling operations.

Overall, NinjaOne’s ability to pair with CrowdStrike and its smooth licensing process solidifies its place as an essential tool in my cybersecurity toolkit. It’s the kind of integration and management simplicity I need to keep things running smoothly, while ensuring robust protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an IT professional, I value tools that streamline operations and enhance security. NinjaOne has been instrumental in this regard, particularly with its integration of CrowdStrike.

The integration between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike is seamless, allowing for efficient deployment of Falcon sensors across endpoints. This synergy provides robust endpoint protection and centralized management, which is crucial for maintaining security across various devices.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the straightforward licensing process. Managing CrowdStrike licenses within NinjaOne is intuitive, ensuring that all endpoints are adequately protected without unnecessary complexity.

However, there's room for improvement. Currently, managing multiple CrowdStrike Customer IDs (CIDs) within NinjaOne isn't fully supported. This limitation can be challenging for organizations overseeing multiple clients, each with distinct CIDs. I understand that NinjaOne is actively working on this enhancement, and I'm optimistic about its forthcoming release. The ability to manage separate CIDs directly within NinjaOne would significantly streamline operations and improve efficiency.

In summary, NinjaOne's integration with CrowdStrike offers substantial benefits, and the anticipated improvements in CID management promise to make this tool even more indispensable for IT professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving several key IT management challenges, particularly in the areas of endpoint monitoring, patch management, and cybersecurity integration. One of the biggest problems NinjaOne addresses is the complexity of managing endpoints across multiple systems and networks. By centralizing endpoint monitoring and management, it allows me to efficiently track, monitor, and manage devices, reducing manual work and improving overall security posture. Patch management is another area where NinjaOne shines. Manually handling patch deployment often results in missed updates and potential vulnerabilities, but NinjaOne automates the patch management process, ensuring that all devices are consistently updated with the latest security patches and reducing the risk of security breaches.

The seamless integration with CrowdStrike is another major benefit. Managing security tools separately can lead to fragmented workflows, but NinjaOne’s ability to deploy CrowdStrike’s Falcon sensors and manage endpoint protection directly within the platform consolidates security efforts, ensuring comprehensive protection with minimal effort. Additionally, NinjaOne’s automation capabilities have been a game-changer. Repetitive tasks, like software installations, updates, and system checks, can be time-consuming and prone to human error, but NinjaOne allows me to automate these tasks, saving time, reducing errors, and improving efficiency.

Awesome all in one update platform

What do you like best about the product?
Managing updates for computers that are both a part of our domain and stand alone in one platform is amazing. The additional scripting and managing updates for individual software is super useful. We have actually set up scripts that installs all of our software and joins the pc to the domain making our job even more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is not being able to have it remember my two factor on my browser and having to two factor each login from the same machine. Everything else is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing updates for the OS and software, along with tracking inventory and keeping track of all of our software and equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NinjaOne for over a year now, it’s changed how I manage endpoints and support clients. I used to use a mix of tools just to do basic maintenance and remote support. NinjaOne consolidated everything into one clean dashboard—and saved time.

While the mobile app is handy, it doesn’t offer the full feature set of the desktop version. This can be frustrating for technicians who need robust tools on the go
