Rock Solid RMM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne's reliability, I use it pretty much every day, and it's up 100% of the time. I also love how the automation tools make it a breeze to automate maintenance tasks without having to jump into that specific endpoint and schedule a task or write a script. It's easy to integrate with new clients, just one installation on each system and you're off to the races!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is Ninja Remote lacking a Linux application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been an excellent solution for endpoint management and monitoring, especially the dashboard which serves as a single pane of glass overview for all of our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to organize clients & equipment in a legible manner. The automation tools have saved us countless hours of work & are simple to implement. It is simple to customize packages for deployment, & integrates with our preferred anti-malware solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was going to mention it would be nice if we could save Device list URLs, but just discovered the Grouping options that allow this. Very nice. I've no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use of the management platform & stability has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are able to get important pieces of data that would require more work to obtain from a device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt push certain software and policies. Using the automation tool helps with this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes pushing certain software and policies very easy. Obtains alot of information I need for documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
After using other RMM and backup solutions over the years and being frustrated with terrible support, NinjaOne has been a great choice for us. The products are intuitive and reliable and the support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike about NinjaOne

NinjaOne is a cost-effective solution for us. It's nice to now have all the tools in a single interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the patch management feature. I also love how easy it is to use. i love the CS. it really allows me more time to get things done. i previously would have to have users login to 3rd party apps so i can connect to their computer and do things not anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly there isn't a lot that I don't like about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of problems and I have more time.

Efficient, fast and intuitive RMM platform with great patching and scripting tools

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is by far one of the easiest RMM platforms to get started with, and the UI is both fast and intuitive. It feels modern and responsive compared to many of the competitors. The scripting functionality is powerful and flexible, and the patch management is among the best we've tested as it gives us great visibility and reliable results. The platform overalll saves us time and helps us stay proactive in our client environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core platform is great, some more advanced features (like software deployment or third-party patching) still feel a bit limited. We'd also love to see better integration with maybe native management of Microsoft 365 or reporting options for non-technical stakeholders. That said, the support and development pace are strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage and monitor our entire client fleet from a single pane of glass.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has significantly improved our IT operations. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy for both new and experienced technicians to get up to speed quickly. Remote access is fast and dependable, allowing us to resolve issues without delays. Automated patch management and robust scripting tools have helped us save time on repetitive tasks. Their customer support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, and the platform integrates well with third-party tools like Bitdefender and various backup solutions, giving us a centralized and cohesive management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne performs exceptionally well overall, the reporting functionality could benefit from additional customization options. We would also appreciate more detailed controls when configuring alert policies.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how NinjaOne simplifies IT management with its clean, intuitive interface that lets me easily monitor all endpoints in real time. The automation features are powerful, allowing me to handle patching, software deployment, and custom scripts with minimal manual effort. Its granular monitoring and customizable alerts help me proactively resolve hardware and security issues before they impact users.

The remote access tools are secure and efficient, enabling quick troubleshooting without disruption. NinjaOne’s smooth integration with other tools and its built-in ticketing and reporting systems keep workflows streamlined and support compliance. Overall, it saves me time, reduces complexity, and provides the technical flexibility needed to manage our environment effectively.

Not at all,NinjaOne is by far the best tool I’ve ever used. I used Atera before, but NinjaOne is truly phenomenal in comparison

NinjaOne is solving several major IT management challenges for me, which translates into significant daily benefits:

Centralized Endpoint Management: Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can oversee all our endpoints—desktops, laptops, and servers—from a single dashboard. This makes it easy to keep track of device health, software status, and security across the whole organization.

Automation of Routine Tasks: Tasks that used to be manual, like patch management, software deployment, and script execution, are now automated. This not only saves me a ton of time but also reduces the risk of missing critical updates, keeping our environment more secure and compliant.

Proactive Monitoring and Alerting: Real-time monitoring with customizable alerts helps me identify and fix issues—whether hardware, software, or security-related—before users even notice a problem. This results in less downtime and fewer user complaints.

Efficient Remote Support: The remote access feature lets me troubleshoot quickly without needing to physically access the device, which improves response times and minimizes disruption for users.

Integrated Ticketing and Reporting: NinjaOne’s built-in ticketing and detailed reporting streamline incident tracking and make it much easier to provide management with actionable insights and compliance reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part it's easy to install on client device and when taking remote of a client device, it connects faster easy to manage all clients and devices. and Admin dashboard provide history of connected device which is Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the Ninja Support provide quick guidance whenever needed.

Ninja Provide Devie Health Details which help us to keep Client Device up to date.
