A Game-Changer for Scalable IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has fundamentally transformed how we manage our IT infrastructure. The single best thing is its truly unified platform. Before NinjaOne, we were juggling multiple tools for patching, remote access, and monitoring. Now, it's all under one clean, intuitive dashboard. The automation capabilities are a massive time-saver; we've automated routine maintenance and patch deployment across all our devices, which has freed up our IT team to focus on strategic projects instead of constant firefighting. The remote access is fast and reliable, allowing us to support our users instantly, no matter where they are. On top of the excellent platform, their customer support is top-notch; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we have a question. As our organization grows, NinjaOne's scalability gives us complete confidence that our IT management can keep pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's difficult to find significant faults with the platform itself. From an integration perspective, while the existing integrations are good, we are eagerly looking forward to a future Jira extension, as this would be a huge boost to our workflow. Additionally, a deeper integration with SentinelOne would be incredibly valuable. Specifically, the ability to more seamlessly patch vulnerabilities flagged by SentinelOne and have the vulnerability list automatically update post-patching would make the combination of these two tools even more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves critical business problems by tackling tool sprawl, manual maintenance, and remote support challenges.
It replaces multiple, costly IT tools with a single, unified platform for endpoint monitoring, patching, and remote access. This consolidation has significantly increased our team's efficiency and provided a clear, holistic view of our IT environment.
The platform's powerful automation eliminates repetitive, manual tasks like patch deployment. This minimizes human error and frees up our technicians to focus on strategic projects instead of reactive maintenance.
For our distributed workforce, NinjaOne provides fast and reliable remote support, which means less downtime and quicker problem resolution for our end-users.

Ninja One the Best
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its intuitive, user-friendly interface and the comprehensive set of features it provides for remote monitoring and management. The platform makes it easy to quickly deploy, monitor, and manage endpoints across different environments, which saves a lot of administrative time. Its patch management, automation capabilities, and integration with various tools are also major strengths, helping ensure systems are secure and up-to-date. Additionally, NinjaOne’s responsive customer support is frequently mentioned as a standout aspect that makes working with the platform even more effective and reliable.

Efficient and Lightweight RMM with Room for Granular Control
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is incredibly lightweight and easy to deploy across multiple endpoints. The interface is clean, fast, and very intuitive—even for technicians who are new to RMM platforms. The remote access tools (Splashtop and TeamViewer integrations) are reliable and quick to launch.
Patching is straightforward and well-visualized, making it easy to spot non-compliant machines. The integration with documentation tools like IT Glue or built-in IT Boost is helpful for having asset and client details in one place. I also appreciate how customizable notifications and automation policies are, including scripting and scheduled tasks. It’s especially helpful for managing multiple organizations from a single console.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is simple to use, it can lack advanced configuration options—especially for complex patch management in diverse environments (e.g., hybrid domains and workgroups). Reporting, although improving, still feels limited if you need deeply customized data views or cross-tenant analysis.
Also, the patching status sometimes shows inconsistencies even after successful deployment, which can be confusing for audit purposes. Features like SNMP monitoring and network discovery could be more robust, and granular permission control for multi-tenant access could use enhancements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us centralize IT management across a large number of endpoints and organizations. It solves the challenge of managing both domain-joined and workgroup machines from a single dashboard, allowing us to monitor, patch, and support devices regardless of their environment.
The automated patch management ensures critical updates are applied consistently, reducing vulnerabilities and manual workload. Its remote access tools allow us to support end users quickly without the need for separate remote support platforms.
Additionally, the alerting system and automation policies help us proactively resolve issues before they impact the end users, improving response time and overall service quality.
The benefits are clear: time saved, improved security posture, streamlined operations, and better visibility across all organizations we support. This allows our IT team to focus more on strategic improvements rather than chasing routine maintenance tasks.
