Tools of the Modern IT Shinobi: NinjaRMM in Practice
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and straightforward UI – It’s not one of those clunky RMM tools where you need a degree in archaeology to find the settings. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t make you hate your job.
Solid Automation – The scripting and task scheduling are smooth. You can automate patching, updates, and other boring chores that no one wants to do manually.
What I like best about NinjaOne is their support team. Whether it's a technical issue or a product question, they consistently respond quickly with clear, helpful answers.

Scripting Library Could Be Richer
While you can write and upload your own scripts, the built-in library is a bit limited. More pre-built options would be nice.

NinjaOne helps us centralize and automate endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and remote access.
This saves us a significant amount of time, reduces manual tasks, improves response times to issues, and gives us full visibility into the health and status of our devices — all from a single pane of glass. It also improves our security posture by keeping systems consistently patched and monitored.

Essential tool for modern IT service providers
What do you like best about the product?
We use NinjaOne daily for remote monitoring & management (RMM), patching, and endpoint management. The platform is intuitive, fast, and very stable. Especially the clear overview of all devices and the simplicity of management make it a powerful tool in our service delivery.
We're very satisfied with both the product and the support provided by NinjaOne.

What do you dislike about the product?
Patch insights are only available when using NinjaOne's patching module, which makes sense, but may limit reporting if you patch outside the platform (e.g. with Microsoft Intune).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the main benefit is seamless remote support for end-user workstations. NinjaOne gives us real-time insights and makes it easy to troubleshoot issues quickly, often without interrupting the user's active session, thanks to the remote command prompt/PowerShell. It helps us resolve problems faster and with less disruption, which improves both user satisfaction and our team’s efficiency.
Remote made easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ninja is that it provides a good overview, which makes it easy to understand what it is about and what is behind the individual menu items.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the date display in the menu item is not recognizable at first glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data backups are considered among the most common issues; thanks to the good overview in the NinjaOne dashboard, one can act quickly and correctly.
NinjaOne Review 2025
What do you like best about the product?
Excels in remote monitoring and management, patch management, and endpoint security, making it a top choice for us. Its intuitive interface and robust automation features streamline IT operations, saving time and boosting efficiency. Great Customer Support. We use NinjaOne every day. It's always a breeze implementing new features. Integrations are straightforward and well documented.
Also, Shain von Hahmann is by far the best account manager we have had. He's responsive and willing to get the right guy in front of you or an answer to you in a timely manner. Whatever he's being paid is probably too little.

Great Tool for IT professionals
What do you like best about the product?
After acquring Ninja One, we use this tool daily; the tool is always open on my computer. NinjaOne offers a range of helpful modules to ease the day-to-day operations of IT professionals, helpdesk support. I use NinjaOne ticketing system. The Ticketing system offers our users many ways to create support tickets, as easy as sending an email to a given email address. It will keep them informed of every update to that ticket during the process. We also use the endpoint management module in NinjaOne, this module helps us keep all endpoints updated with OS patches and software updates. It offers remote connectivity to each endpoint. It also maintains a software inventory of every endpoint, not to mention that it maintains a hardware inventory of all the endpoints where the agent is installed. The implementation was a breeze; I installed and configured NinjaOne for our environment in less than an hour. The customer support is very responsive and very knowledgeable. I had very few issues, but for those, I received very good support.
They have been integrating with other tools like Rapid 7, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, which makes this tool more powerful. Again, keeping one pane of glass for every need in the infrastructure.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not seen a feature that I do not like in NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small team supporting the company, this tool has helped us keep up with the demand and ease a lot of the redundant operations.
Fantastic platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform as a whole is very easy to use and comes with more features than I could have asked for. The support has been fantastic helping us figure things out that were well beyond the scope of just support, branching into solutions for making life easier for us. The built in back up software has worked better than other solutions we have been using and we are working to rotate all our clients off other back up solutions onto ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dont like is there is no organization button on the left hand menu. There is an organization tab on the home page but I just like my static buttons. Small nitpick at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto ticket creation that passes those tickets to our ticket platform automatically saves us so much time on small issues. Being able to use scripts to install/uninstall software on end users machines as well as perform various maintenance tasks lets us spend our time on bigger issues.
Great End Point Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to connect to users computer with ease and readily help and support them. I also like that fact that you can customize it to update certain programs on a set interval. I also use this to do Windows patching. Another good use of this is for users, they can connect from any web browser to their desktop at work without having to go through any VPN. I use this in my everyday work. And deployment is easy, you can either send a link or the program itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment to end points are easy but configuration on the high level is a little bit hard to figure out. Settings placement on configuration need a little bit getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool for helpdesk support.
