Easy to Use and Robust

  • August 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There have been many updates that have helped with performance and added more functionality to use such as File Transfer Automation. That has been a huge help as an admin to get items to everryone or big groups of people quickly without relying on another 3rd party app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it is about the same, although the resource pages have always been there to help and do a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track all PC's, keep them up to date as well as connect to them remotely to help out users.
I also use Ninja One to install or remove applications remotely without needing to touch every PC.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, organized well, and intuitive. Backups are integrated into the platform and are easy to access. RMM platform is easy to set up for deployments, such as PowerShell scripts, application installations, and automated remediations.
What do you dislike about the product?
NO DARK MODE in the platform. More integrations are needed for other MSP platforms. Reporting options can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows device management, workstation backup to the cloud, and patch management for Windows devices.

Well-rounded and easy to use and understand

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is amazing and versatile. I can troubleshoot tickets, run scripts to resolve issues, perform specific tasks, and apply patches with ease. It is a well-rounded product. Being able to remote into a user's computer and chat with them simultaneously is highly convenient. With Windows 10 at end-of-life, I can upgrade all our devices at once with a single script. I also love the library of scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it had a knowledge base that end users can use to resolve their issues. It could recommend articles based on the subject of the ticket or notes. It would also be nice if it had better integration with Okta. Currently, we can establish a connection to import users, but we can't set it up in Okta as an app that users can access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem for us was updating devices. We were using auto update through Microsoft, but it either required user interaction, which hardly happened, or caused issues. NinjaOne allows us to install only the patches that we approve. We can even remove an update if it causes problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The overview of a PC. The quick access to information and scripts. Allows for easier end point management
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM is a bit lacking. The features compared to the full fat version is a stark comparison but I understand that development on it is ongoging and harder to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass roll out of software or mass changes that need to be made

There is no such thing as all is working perfectly.

Centralised endpoint management in wide aspect.

Good product with lots of features

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor customer PCs and proactively address any issue before they become apparent
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting. Although a PC has no issues, when you run a report, it doesn't show 100%. NinjaOne is working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactively address issues at customer systems before they become apparent

Reliable all-in-one solution for modern IT management

What do you like best about the product?
I find NinjaOne particularly intuitive and easy to use. The agents are quickly deployed, and I can manage devices remotely at any time. I like how efficiently I can work with the integrated patch management, monitoring, and scripting functions. The support has also always helped me quickly and competently with any questions, which I greatly appreciate. The easy implementation and intuitive operation have led me to use NinjaOne daily. It has become indispensable in my IT routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I currently still lack are more individualized reporting options. I wish I could design reports more freely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I repeatedly had difficulties keeping track of our IT assets and the patch status of all devices, especially with distributed locations and mobile employees. With NinjaOne, I was able to solve these problems. I can now centrally see which systems are up-to-date, can intervene immediately if necessary, and save a lot of time as a result. The gained transparency and efficiency are a real advantage for me in daily IT operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja helps us with ticketing and managing customer endpoints. It comes with an excellent remote management tool and integration with sentinel is very helpful and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really do not have anything that we dislike about Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja gives us a single pain of glass view of our customers and which ones need attention.

Amazing tool

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Ninja-one is the endpoint tools, remote registry, task manager, services, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
After everyday use I'd say the only bad thing is the (still in beta testing) winget integration. Wish there was a bit more integration into the platform, options to scan all software and update every day - even if the user is/isnt signed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping with our endpoint management which benefits us in speed and ease of accessing information quickly.

Top product with many possibilities

  • August 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use, even for non-technically savvy people. The deployment of the agents always runs smoothly. Should there be any problems or uncertainties before deployment, support is always promptly provided by a technician who takes the time to review the entire configuration and also make any necessary optimizations. The software offers numerous functional possibilities or extensions due to the integration of PowerShell scripts or similar. We now use the software daily to make work easier for both end users and IT staff. Things that were previously unsolvable remotely are now a thing of the past thanks to endpoint management. All in all, a top product with many features is offered at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, there aren't many disadvantages at the moment; often, they are more like requests for adjustments. However, if you, for example, open a ticket with support, these are recorded as feature requests, and with a bit of luck, they might be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had high demands on the IT infrastructure due to the inclusion of a cyber insurance. All the points listed in the endpoint area were successfully completed on all endpoints with minimal effort and at a low cost. Without the hassle of constantly logging in or physically sitting in front of the computer.
