NinjaOne: an exceptionally efficient and well-architected RMM platform

  • August 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve found NinjaOne to be an exceptionally efficient and well-architected RMM platform. The agent is lightweight yet powerful, with minimal system overhead, and deployments are straightforward. The dashboard gives clear, actionable insights without drowning you in noise, and the custom scripting capabilities are a real time-saver for automating routine tasks.

Patch management is rock-solid – updates roll out smoothly with excellent visibility and control. Remote access is fast, stable, and doesn’t require unnecessary end-user disruption.

Overall, NinjaOne has significantly reduced our operational workload while increasing system reliability. It’s a well-thought-out platform that delivers both depth for technical users and simplicity for less technical staff. Highly recommended for any IT environment looking to scale and streamline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the inclusion of a continuous backup solution into the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us streamline device management, patching, and remote support from a single platform. It eliminates the need to manually check each system, saving significant time and reducing the risk of missed updates or vulnerabilities.

A Breath of Fresh Air for Device Management

  • August 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It automates all the security updates and patches on the enrolled devices. My previous solution used to show me how to do it, but that meant connecting to each unit and doing it myself - Now I have more time to concentrate on other job aspects knowing that NinjaOne takes care of this for me. I can also remote into devices and do certain things without interrupting the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have is that you cannot currently upload phone contacts lists to mobile handsets through NinjaOne (I have to email the users directly). However there is a nice "Feature Request" facility on NinjaOne where I have asked if this can be made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically keeping assets up to date and security patched against the latest threats

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the monitoring function of NinjaOne incredibly useful because I can quickly see if devices are outdated and if a customer might soon need something new. This allows me to react much faster in sales and proactively offer solutions to the customer. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up my account and get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subject of English is still a bit of a problem. It would probably be nice to be a little more in the German world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can identify outdated devices and respond more quickly in sales to proactively offer solutions to customers before they notice any problems.

Efficiency Increase and Automation with NinjaOne

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed by the efficiency improvement through the automation features of NinjaOne. The ability to install endpoints in just 15 to 20 minutes instead of two hours significantly eases my work. The remote maintenance and monitoring capabilities are immensely practical. I love how I can execute PowerShell and Command Line scripts without having to access the desktop directly. The affordable price and powerful automation options are also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, functions change without announcement in the release notes, which can be somewhat annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne automates the installation of new devices, reducing the time required from two hours to 15 to 20 minutes, and enables effective monitoring and scripting, which increases efficiency and simplifies administrative tasks.

A helpful tool for a helpdesk team

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
it provides a lot of the necessary tools a helpdesk team would need in one place allowing for you to cut down on having to manage numerous other programmes and services such as remote software and device management services all in one, its ease of use has made it a daily staple for everyone in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont think there is any particular area that i dislike about ninja, it would be good if there were some more easily accessible monitoring features for when we are trying to track outages on our systems rather than having to run checks and commands across individual devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest problem it has helped us solve is patch management with its scheduler making managing our devices so much easier

Remote Management made easy

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that NinjaOne tends to cover all bases in terms of IT management, and I can do just about everything I need through NinjaOne. I can deploy images, remote into computers and run scripts when needed. The health monitor is especially useful as it will indicate what compliance issues there are with a device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I have noticed is that it can be quite slow with bulk amounts of app downloads and script running i.e. when provisioning a device for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes remote management of devices much simpler and streamlined, and it makes processes much more streamlined and simple.
