The most helpful aspect of NinjaOne is that we are small IT department and it allows us to manage so much more than we had before using NinjaOne.

Have not found anything yet that has caused us to dislike NinjaOne.

The problems was always "what do we have or need to monitor" and now NinjaOne let's us not only monitor but also perform updates on a more regular opportunity. The connection to CrowdStrike is another huge benefit.

A Software Company that Manages Expectations Correctly

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a new client, the onboarding process has been non-typical. Our representative is always on top of the emails, and manages the requests as they come in. She is attentive and response. As a new client, what more can I ask for.

The technical representatives are positive and while they might ask questions to learn if the client has done their homework before calling support, they so far have always helped with all the questions posed. For a software company, their level of managing client expectations is above par.
What do you dislike about the product?
Application is not as intuitive as it could be, but once you learn the basics, you can navigate pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to NinjaOne we operated three different applications to manage our IT infrastructure. Now we have the same capability or more, all under a single pane of glass. While this can be good or bad, depending on your perspective, this single pane of glass has simplified operations, simplified interfaces, reduced expense and boosted our technicians interest in ITSM tools.

NinjaOne makes our lives easier as an IT department and helps us get more done efficiently

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows me to easily connect to remote computers without the user having to do anything, along with the ability to use command prompt and PowerShell on the backend without the user knowing. This makes my job easier and faster. The support team and our account manager are always very helpful and willing to work with us on whatever we are trying to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only main downside I've noticed is that it sometimes takes a while for the remote connection to pop up and work, even if a computer has been online for minutes. This may be out of NinjaOne's control, but there's times I'm trying to quickly connect to a computer, and if the computer was offline or rebooted recently, it takes around 1-3 minutes for the RDP connection to appear, even if the user had internet well before this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us solve problems with managing computers remotely through the detailed information on each computer and the ability to remote into each computer as explained earlier. It's benefiting us by making device management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use when adding devices and setting up policies. The control over the devices is fantastic. The tech support has been on point with our unique use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant say I have any downsides, our experience has been top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track where the devices are located is essential in addition to the ability to lock down the device to be used only for the use case were are deploying them for. The ability to manage from a single console saves time and money pushing out the device.

By far the most intuitive RMM platform.

  • August 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been really impressed with NinjaOne. Everything’s in one place; patching, monitoring, remote access, backups so I’m not bouncing between different tools anymore. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I love how much I can automate. Remote access is fast and reliable, and patch management just works without me babysitting it. Reporting is clear, and their support team has always been quick and helpful. Overall, it’s made managing IT a lot simpler and less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to complain. If we ever had an issue, support was also incredibly quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has solved a lot of the day-to-day headaches of managing multiple IT systems. Before, I was juggling different tools for patching, monitoring, remote access, and backups, which was time-consuming and messy. Now, it’s all in one place, fully automated where I need it, and I can fix issues remotely without interrupting users. This has saved me hours every week, reduced errors, and made our IT environment much more secure and reliable.

As an all in one RMM system that leverages into other fields it makes day to day IT task a doddle.
