NinjaOne: Reliable, Versatile IT Management with Room for Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
love how versatile and reliable NinjaOne is. I've used it for about six years, and it’s become my go-to platform for nearly everything IT management related. The interface is clean and intuitive, automation is incredibly powerful, and the ability to remotely manage systems without hassle saves a huge amount of time. I especially appreciate how consistently stable the platform is—deployments, monitoring, scripting, and reporting all just work. It’s one of those tools that actually simplifies your day instead of adding more steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but a few areas could be improved. The reporting and dashboard customization options could be more flexible and intuative—sometimes I want to visualize data in ways the built-in report and options don’t allow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne centralizes and automates nearly all of our endpoint management tasks. We use it for patching, reporting, vulnerability remediation, software installs and upgrades, and even custom scripts that replace traditional GPO functions. It’s eliminated a lot of manual work and complexity by giving us a single, reliable platform to manage everything remotely. The automation and visibility it provides save countless hours each week, improve our security posture, and let us proactively handle issues before users ever notice them.

Easy to coordinate with our IT team
Nice to be able to have apps delivered to my machine with no effort on my end. Idk about on ITs end but on the receiver end it's great.
I've used it a few times for different apps and it all went well.

It would be nice to have a queued notification of what went on. Maybe there is and I missed it? But I feel like I have to have IT tell me to know its been done.

Patching and Monitoring
NinjaOne Makes Remote Management Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne enables us to access remote systems swiftly for updates, management, and basic troubleshooting. In contrast, Intune can take anywhere from several minutes to even hours just to initiate an update or refresh, if it manages to do so at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we struggled to identify systems because they were listed by service tag rather than by user. To address this, we started including the user's name in the description, which made it much easier to search for and locate the correct system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly access and initiate a fresh start for systems instead of waiting for Intune to do its thing. It is a much cleaner interface and really easy to work with.

Efficient IT Management with NinjaOne, but Needs Better Mobile Device Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes managing IT tasks incredibly efficient. The ability to quickly and easily run scripts across multiple endpoints is a major time-saver, streamlining routine operations and troubleshooting. Its real-time monitoring and alerting system is invaluable for staying ahead of potential issues, allowing for proactive support. Additionally, the seamless remote access to client machines is a standout feature—making it effortless to provide fast, effective assistance without needing third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne excels at managing desktops, laptops, and servers, it currently lacks robust support for mobile device management — particularly for iOS and Android devices.
