NinjaOne helped us increase efficiency and provide proactive IT support to our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is straightforward to use and simple to implement. It provides a wide range of features and integrates well with other services. Our account manager, along with customer support, responds quickly and is always helpful in resolving any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard search could use some enhancements. It would be helpful if the search function allowed users to filter results more precisely, returning only those that match the exact text string entered.
We would also appreciate the warranty support being integrated with ASUS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product offers centralized monitoring and management, along with remote support, automation, and backup capabilities.
Comprehensive RMM Tool with Easy Navigation and Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly and covers the essential features expected from an RMM, such as inventory management, patch management, software deployment, and a library of commonly used, pre-packaged applications ready for deployment. It also provides remote access to endpoints, making end-user support straightforward. Navigation is simple, and you can search for devices by the logged-in user's name or computer name. Additionally, the software can query other network devices like switches and routers, retrieving traffic usage data and some health metrics. Integration with VMware for monitoring is also supported. The platform allows you to automate actions based on triggered events, such as restarting services, computers, or servers, or running scripts when specific events occur.
Support and onboarding are exceptional, offering unlimited expert sessions that can be scheduled in 20, 30, or 45-minute increments. This allows you to explore topics in depth with a support specialist who can assist with product configuration.
Deployment of the agent is quick and simple and by default it installs silently dont have to configure anything.
Another advantage is the ability to provide remote access to internal systems for both end users and administrators. You can assign specific systems for users to access remotely, which, for our Macs, is a significant improvement over relying on the Chrome remote access tool.
Patching is very easy to use and also incorporates AI to see if the released patches have issues based on internet forums like Reddit. Then you can hold these patches for a later date based off maturity .

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue with the product is some of the details are missing in the inventory for instance serial numbers of monitors are not available and you have to use scripting to return that data. They just need to bring back more details on inventory items that I am used to with another product called PDQ. Does not have system imaging either. Would be nice if it integrated in to Service Desk from Manage Engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access for support and patching are the main issues we need to have for our servers and endpoints. Cloud based is another nice feature to support a mobile workforce with laptops.
Effortless to Use and Delivers Exactly What We Need
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, innovative while keeping what is important to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much at all, the software works and gets the job done that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need for automated patch management and creating a baseline of security software installed.
Really really good experience with NinjaOne.
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite easy to install on a Mac. I've finished around 30 macOS laptops in a week. It automates a lot of the repetitive maintenance tasks: patching (OS + many third-party apps), software deployment, running scripts, etc. Strong remote control tooling: remote terminal, screen share, background installs, remote scripts, etc. This is essential when offices are far apart and you can’t physically send someone for smaller issues. Probably the best remote that i have ever used. Automated patching and keeping OS + apps up-to-date reduces vulnerabilities. UI is fairly intuitive, learning curve is moderate; setup / deployment can happen quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are newer and may not yet be fully mature for macOS. For example, managing “third-party app patching” for all apps on Mac has gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne gives one unified dashboard for monitoring, updating, and supporting all devices remotely — regardless of location or network. Better then MS intune.
The one IT tool we would not do without.
What do you like best about the product?
Responsive remote control and PowerShell integration
What do you dislike about the product?
The installed software list does not draw data from all sources (e.g. Winget installed, Store apps, Edge/Chrome extensions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly remote control, but we also extensively use the warranty reporting and last online times to verify/validate system use in the field.
Effortless Management and Automation for Large-Scale IT
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Anything from remote desktop to pulling up a powershell on a computer. Being able to script a powershell script within the site and having Ninja automate it has been essential to managing over 100 machines. I like that they constantly are adding useful features to their platform. Background mode with remote desktop is a great too to be able to pivot within a network without needing the end-user to step away from their machine. Also onboarding a machine is super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see more Windows event logs within Ninja.
I also wish I could create a powershell script that will come up with a result that I could include within the device columns within the devices page.
In addition to the compound conditions, I wish I would be able to generate a report based off of the findings of the condition. Creating tickets sometimes gives a bit too much information when multiple machines are involved. A simple PDF would be nice.

PowerShell access is paramount in a Windows environment.
Especially with remote users, anything can be done with a PowerShell script.
The ability to schedule PowerShell scripts to run. Especially with patching vulnerabilities, being able to deploy that PowerShell script easily on multiple machines in different environments is a convenience.
Asset tracking. Every machine in our environment is attached to Ninja. It provides us the ability to see the details of the machine. This is useful when needing to upgrade computers, to see the age of the machine and warranty status.
Remote Desktop. We have been using splashtop for some time, but now using Ninja Remote, it is a lot more lightweight and less bulky than using Splashtop. Background mode is new to us, and using it the few times that I have has been great to view the event viewer on the machine in question.
Reporting. Being able to track if a machine ran this script and the result of the script is nice. Could be better in a few ways to add granularity, though the way it is now has made my job a lot easier searching for the data that I need.

NinjaOne has truly become the most indispensable tool in our toolkit. The latest updates have been thoughtfully designed and have made the software even more valuable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I had discovered the mobile app earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use scripting extensively and NinjaOne makes it easy to apply.
Seamless Remote Access, But Dashboard Customization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Lately, I have really enjoyed the remote aspect of Ninja. Works seamlessly and doesn't require the user to install anything more than just the NINJARMMAGENT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to customize the main dashboard to things I am actively wanting at all times. Sure that could be updated easily down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the MDM issue we were having and allowing for it to be seamless for all of us in the department.
Effortless Remote Access, But Backup Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of remote access to client endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup setup prceedure takes to too long for each endpoint as they are all different for my applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, just offers me the best solution.
Intuitive and Reliable Automation, Minor Search and Sorting Frustrations
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very intuitive for day to function. Plenty of automation features to make recurring tasks simple and reliable.
It's well organized so it's generally easy to find what feature you're looking for, and the global search including administration settings in the results makes that easier as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a handful of small quality of life things that don't have a major impact, but just make you sigh.
Particularly some of the search and sorting functions. For example, looking at a client's dashboard, there are two search bars, the global and client specific. The client specific only lets you search by device name instead of IP, or username like the global one does.
I wish we could sort by custom fields to make tracking down certain criteria easier.
It would be nice to be able to customize the dashboard. For example, in our environment, our techs have a handful of clients we are each responsible for. It would be nice to make a custom dashboard containing just my clients.

Giving us a consolidated way to manage as many aspects of our client's IT infrastructure as possible.
