Great System Visibility, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is being able to know what is going on with user systems in the environment. My team and I can make corrective actions on a user's system right then.

Efficient Patching & Remote Access, but Documentation Needs Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the patching process for both applications and Windows updates. It provides all the necessary information in a single pane of glass, and I also like how it allows me to remotely access someone's computer with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the documentation to be unclear. For instance, I've encountered issues when working with Custom Fields, particularly regarding how they interact with devices and locations within my organization.

Quickly can tell if devices are not patched. Also, ensuring that machines are patched and giving the user appropriate time/prompting to close down work and reboot.
Effortless Remote Support, Would Love Built-In Chat Feature
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to connect to an end-user's computer and help them quickly and efficiently. We were able to implement our instance, create all of our technician accounts, and role out the software in a day. Once we were up and running, our technicians have fallen in love with it and are constantly finding new things that make their life easier when supporting our staff.
I personally love remote system level PowerShell and command prompt ability. This is a huge time saver. I've seen our technicians build out a ton of automations to fix running services, install software, clear print queue issues, etc. Before Intune had built LAPS support for the Mac, we had created a shell script that would create a LAPS account, set a password, and display it in the activities panel. This made it incredible easy for us to securely manage our Macs the same way we manage our Windows Devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor quibble, but having the ability to start a chat with a user whose computer has the ninja client installed would be incredibly useful. Hello Mr. User, I'm available to connect and help you with your issue. Is now a good time?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us the tools to quickly and easily connect and solve problems for our staff.
Being able to chat during a support session is a great feature.
We can create automations and apply them to computers to solve problems before they become complaints.
Remote registry, remote powershell (admin), and being able to view Bitlocker keys are all great tools that help enable our team.

Insightful Device Management with Secure Remote Access
What do you like best about the product?
I like the insight in the devices dealth you can see to allow us to take action against devices to keep them healthy and secure as well as the ability to remote into devices securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
How daunting it can be as there is a lot to learn with Ninja though they do provide a lot of information through their Dojo and the support teams are very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is solving the payching of devices as prior it was a very manual process however we can push patches through the Ninja portal. Additonally Ninja is helping us resolve issues to devices in remote locations as we'd struggle with other remote access programs such as Team Viewer, Google Remote Desktop etc
