Effortless Setup and Integration for the RMM and remote desktop help and support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been extremely helpful and easy to use in our company. The product is extremely easy to install and configure, and even integrates with our antivirus. With a little bit of custom easy development I can tag specific devices to make sure they have some specific software installed.
I like that there are a few flavors of remote software I can use to pop onto users desktops if manual intervention is needed, or hand holding.
Aside for desktop monitoring, we also monitor our servers with the RMM client, and using the NMS probe, we can monitor a few switches with basic up down status so I can get an easy gauge of my network from the dashboard.

I haven't really been able to figure out the android MDM, but I am working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps me inventory all my systems, from hardware to software. I can also schedule reboots of windows desktops that have been running too long easily, and deploy patches.
Effortless PC Management, But Frequent Text Verifications Annoy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Super easy to manage PCs, deploy software, remote control, etc. All very straight forward and easy to use. Implementation was a breeze. We use it every day to manage our PC fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many text verifications. Seems like each time you go to do something, you have to get a text verification first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us have a single point for remote management. Previously we had a miss-mash of solution for remote management. Also helps use with automating software deployment.
Brilliant Remote Sessions, But Client Updates Need Automation

The remote sessions to our end users is brilliant and the way it handles updates is perfect. This is exactly what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client updates are not pushed out automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have end users spread out over 7 locations, the remote sessions is a tremendous timesaver.

Easy to setup and Deploy, Onboarding and Technical Support is top notch and very responsive. Use NinjaOne everyday. Easy to Integrate with FreshService. Easy to Implement for our Org.

Would prefer some better Reporting Templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We orginally had Labtech that was much more cumbersome to use and we could not integrate with FreshService. It' so quick and easy to make a device list to determine how many machines have what version of office installed. I use Ninjaone all day everyday.
Ninja RMM and Patch Management Review
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-faceted platform that addresses most of the concerns we have with patch management and RMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times changes made are not reflected until a page or entry is accessed again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our patch management has been sporadic throughout multiple vendors and engineers. When we converted over from Microsoft SUS to Ninja patch management, the comprehension was easier to understand and apply theorically.
Switching from N-Able to NinjaOne has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our IT operation
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from N-Able to NinjaOne has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our IT operations. The difference was immediately noticeable — NinjaOne feels modern, faster, and far more intuitive. The clean interface and responsive design make managing endpoints, monitoring systems, and automating tasks much simpler compared to the clunky and outdated feel of N-Able.
What I like best about it is how streamlined and intuitive the platform is. Everything from patch management and device monitoring to remote access and automation is managed in one clean interface. It’s simple enough to pick up quickly, yet powerful enough to handle complex environments.
The automation tools are a huge time-saver — I can schedule patches, run scripts, and resolve issues automatically without constant manual oversight. The remote management features are equally impressive; being able to access and troubleshoot devices instantly (even in the background) makes supporting users incredibly efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is an excellent platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The report customisation options can feel a bit limited — sometimes I want more flexibility in creating detailed, tailored reports without having to export data elsewhere.
Also, the alert management system can get noisy if not carefully tuned. It would be great to have smarter filtering or AI-based prioritization to reduce unnecessary notifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has solved several key challenges we faced with endpoint management and overall IT efficiency. Before switching, we struggled with slow patching, inconsistent monitoring, and too much manual work. Now, everything is automated and centralized.
NinjaOne’s automated patch management keeps all devices secure and up to date without constant oversight, which has drastically reduced vulnerabilities and compliance issues. The real-time monitoring and alerting mean we can detect and resolve problems before users even notice them.
The platform also saves a lot of time with background management and scripting, allowing us to fix issues remotely without interrupting end users. This has improved both team productivity and user satisfaction.
Overall, NinjaOne helps us work smarter — fewer manual tasks, faster response times, and better visibility into every system we manage. It’s made our IT environment more secure, efficient, and predictable.
