Seamless Integration and Top-Notch RMM Agent

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the UI and platform. Being able to run a multitude of processes is very handy, the patch management is easy to setup and utilize. The RMM agent is one of the best I have used so far. When we made the jump over to Ninja the integration was extremely easy to implement with our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at the moment that I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solved our remote management and patch management issues that we previously had. It allows us to better service our end users and devices. It is nice when you have a solution that incorporates many useful features.

Strong Platform with Room to Grow in Automation and MDM

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a solid RMM platform for my consulting work. It’s lightweight, cloud-based, and easy to deploy across diverse client environments. I like how quickly it integrates with Windows systems, automates repetitive tasks through scripting, and provides reliable remote access without heavy infrastructure. The centralized dashboard gives clear visibility into device health and performance, and its multi-tenant design fits perfectly for managing multiple small business clients. Overall, it’s a low-maintenance, efficient tool that simplifies endpoint management and saves serious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne has been great overall, but I’d like to see stronger mobile support and more automation capabilities. The biggest gap for me has been the limited Android MDM functionality — I’d love to be able to deploy apps, certificates, and settings to mobile devices the same way I can with Windows. I’m also continuing to push more automation into my workflows, so having deeper trigger-based or conditional automation options would make it even more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me streamline IT management across multiple small business clients by centralizing monitoring, patching, and remote access in one platform. It saves me time by automating routine maintenance, allowing me to push scripts or updates without needing to remote into each device. Having a single dashboard for alerts, performance, and health checks makes it easier to stay proactive instead of reactive. Overall, it’s reduced my workload, improved response times, and made supporting clients far more efficient and consistent.

Great Resource Library and UI - Great features for technicians and endpoint management.

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a very expansive resource library with the Dojo and a lot of how-to videos that make it easy to follow.
Reaching out to support was easy and finding someone to guide you to a more technical resource happened quickly.
Easy to implement, once you get everything started.
Integrates seamlessly with our environment and will be used frequently.
From a technician standpoint - very straight forward and a lot of features that will make everyday a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to know exactly where to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current endpoint management tool did not have the have all the features needed to use it beyond the bare basics. NinjaOne already has a ton more useful features and integrated applications that allow it to be a one-stop shop for our employees and technicians. NinjaOne also has a pretty robust desktop application that can grow as we add features. Customizable and easy to solve more advanced problems, remotely.

NinjaOne is easy

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM is the easiest software to use. It was extremely easy to implement, train and integrate with Intune allowing us to automate our tasks and day to day. The backend scripting allow us to have less interruptions to our users experience when remoting in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would've been good to have some more integrations such as Integrations with ITGlue, and ServiceNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to remote into devices that may be out of reach physically as alot of our users are remote across Manitoba

Reliable and Versatile Tool, works well for our purposes.

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This tool functions smoothly, requiring no unnecessary adjustments or causing any frustration. I find it to be reliable, versatile, and genuinely helpful. Implementation was quick and simple. We have not had reason to use customer support much, but they have been helpful on the couple of issues we have had over the last 18 months. We use NinjaOne all day, every day. The integration to Crowdstrike has worked well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the knowledge base could use a little refinement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for patch management, backup, and to provide support to our users.

Effortless Setup and Security, But Ticketing Needs Improvement

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to pickup and start using and how easy it was to deploy to our devices. I use it every day to check on the health of our devices and keep our devices secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few downsides of NinjaOne is the ticketing system. It's pretty bare bones but the other intergrations and features helps with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne fixed several of our automation issues where we can now use scripts and built in features like the install application feature to quickly install certian programs and drivers to help our end users in a quick and quiet fasion.

Powerful IT Management

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is my preferred IT management solution because of it streamlines various tasks for superior convenience and efficiency. Its robust feature set, including comprehensive patch management and remote access, allows technicians to automate repetitive tasks and proactively address issues before they cause downtime. The platform offers powerful inventory capabilities, automatically discovering and tracking hardware and software assets in real-time, which helps maintain security and compliance. Additionally, the integrated and customizable ticketing system centralizes support requests, enabling faster resolution and better end-user experiences through automated workflows and seamless integration with endpoint management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its strengths, NinjaOne has performance issues with its remote access and its modular pricing structure for certain functionalities. The remote connection can, at times, be unacceptably slow, with some users reporting waiting up to 5 minutes to connect to a device that is showing as online. This issue, alongside reports of the RMM agent occasionally failing to start after a server update, severely undermines the efficiency that is otherwise a core selling point of the platform. Furthermore, a significant point of contention is the added cost for advanced capabilities like SNMP monitoring, which requires a separate purchase. Minor gripes for an otherwise stellar soution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is great a patch management.

User-Friendly and Easy to Implement, But MDM Needs Improvement

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and do the work needed. Implementation was very easy to get done. I have rarely needed customer support due tot he product being so user friendly. My team uses the product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM product isn't quite fleshed out as some other stand alone products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of item it solved for us right away was patch management and tracking.

Excellent RMM.

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a game changer for my company. We never had a real MDM, and after exploring several options, we chose to use NinjaOne. From a day to day troubleshooting standpoint, it provides a plethora of tools we can use on the backend that lead to a less interruptive user experience. Because of the automation library, we have to remote in less to people's computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative experience we have had with NinjaOne is that every once in a while, automations as a whole seem to be broken by patches. When reported, these are often quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved a lack of control over devices. Before, the only control we had over devices was PDQ and actually remoting in to the machine. There was nowhere to get a software inventory or confirm that devices had all the mandatory security programs. Ninja provides us full visibility into every endpoint.

Powerful Scripting Capabilities, Limited Remote Control on Secure Networks

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create PowerShell scripts and push those for complex routines has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users are on more secured networks and we cannot remotely control their device. We can still push scripts, but not the remote control feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2/3 of our users are ever on our network, so a standard active directory solution was not working. We implemented NinjaOne along with Google Authentications for our Windows clients and things have gone great! The users are not managed with AD, but rather with custom scripts that we push out with NinjaOne. The remote scripting, updating, and remote control options have been great!
