Feature-Rich and User-Friendly RMM, Just Missing ARM Support
What do you like best about the product?
General ease of use combined with lots of features. Many RMM's make you trade, easy to use OR lots of features, rarely both; Ninja gives you both.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I have any complaints, everything I have needed it to do, it has. Maybe no agent on ARM processors so we cant use it on Raspberry Pi's?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping track of the machines we have and making sure there is nothing crazy going on, full disks, missing patches, etc. The "normal" stuff for an RMM as well as push some scripts, common software, printers, etc.
Effortless System Management with Quick Insights, Minor Reporting Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Easily deploy to and manage every system in the company no matter where they are. Quick insights to system health, patching, software versionings and activity patterns. Solid support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional snagged system that takes some rework/reinstall to get reporting to Ninja again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking company inventory, low/no use assets that no one bothered to return.
Easy to Use, Feature-Rich Platform with Room for Ticketing Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use, and contains various modules that are extremely useful for small teams. Implementation takes no time at all. Support is friendly and helpful, and their documentation is top notch. Automations, device management, remote control, ticketing, etc are all very easy to use and have robust feature sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes compare NinjaOne to a restaurant with a huge menu, everything is not going to be the best ever. That being said, their ticketing could use some refinement. It would be nice to be able to raise incidents and truly merge tickets. They keep getting better with every release, so I have no doubt this will improve as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is our all in one backup, ticketing, patching, MDM tool. One invoice for everything is super nice, and the price point is fair.
Easy as 1, 2, 3 Ticket is done. Join NinjaOne.
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best is all the features that are available from the remote desktop and being able to log in wherever, to the ticketing system that we use for our organization. It is also easy to use. Thankfully we haven't needed to contact customer support for major issues. We have been able to figure out things on our own. That's how easy it is to use ninja one and figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to dislike something but one thing i do dislike is not being able to convert my friends in other organizations to join ninjaone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ticketing system. We have migrated from and old and out dated system to NinjaOne and it has worked flawlessly.
Powerful Reporting & Remote Control, But Lacks Android MDM Support
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to run reports on all the different combinations of data and software is invaluable to manage a company of PC assets. The remote control part has also been our number 1 favorite thing in Ninja and it's used daily to help support users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM product does not really support Android so that you can lock down a device to not get company email like Microsoft Intune does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With normal tools like RDP you can not get to the administrator prompts when the user does not have local admin rights, Ninja remote allow us to see all the popup prompts regardless of what security level they are.
Robust Support and Features
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is invaluable for the support desk as they offer robust solutions for patching, backups, remote customer support, and automation. We have been using it for more than a year and have witnessed as their products continue to be developed and receive new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne automations are not always %100 reliable when scripted in PowerShell and it can be difficult to troubleshoot why they are failing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has made it easy to implement asset and patch management while also offering ticketing and remote support all in one tool. We are able to simplify our product stack for common IT support tasks. This makes it easy to invest into and refine our processes.
NinjaOne is a lifesaver for solo IT departments.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a lifesaver as a 1-person IT department. Without it, I'd lose hours each week chasing down patches and remediations. Ticketing, backups, automation, patching, and remote support all in one and great documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but would like to see more features for Linux and macOS endpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support, OS and 3rd party patching, automated remediations, app installs and ticketing.
NinjaOne Simplifies IT Management, Minor Patch Hiccups Handled Well
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is an excellent platform — easy to use, simple to install, and packed with powerful features. The interface is intuitive, making daily use effortless. Implementation was straightforward, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. It integrates smoothly with our systems and has become an essential tool in our everyday operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, patch installations can be a bit tricky, though this may be due to Microsoft-related factors rather than NinjaOne itself. Overall, the platform handles most updates smoothly, and the team continues to improve performance over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote Script Execution Shines, But Device Status Updates Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the ability to run scripts remotely and silently. This feature has completely transformed our IT workflow, enabling us to set up scripts and devices without needing to ask employees or ourselves to travel for in-person installations or to remote in and disrupt their work. It's a fantastic yet straightforward capability that many products offer, but I find Ninja's implementation to be particularly well-designed and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the agent is slow to update device status, which makes the updating process frustrating. For example, it will try to update a device that has already powered off because it still thinks the device is online, even though it has actually been offline for more than five minutes. The opposite also happens: sometimes I have a device that I know is online, but I can't work with it because it isn't detected as being up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes my IT work a lot easier. Remote access lets me fix problems fast without being on site. Software deployment and remote scripting save time by letting me push updates or run tasks on many devices at once. The ticket system keeps everything organized, and policy-based automation handles routine fixes automatically. Reporting helps me keep the bosses happy. Overall it saves time, keeps things running smoothly, and makes my job simpler.
