What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use with a UI that is informative without being excessive it simply gives you the information which is important.

We have implemented it into our product seemlessly without issue. We have over 600 devices, which will greatly benefit from the automation's and scripts NinjaOne has to offer.

The team at NinjaOne are also great, fast to respond and always helpful. Personally I like the Dojo and Discord group as it is a place for like minded people to ge the most out of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making remote connections of the connection is not made successfully the error logged does not give enough information, I would love NinjaOne to add extra information on these logs so we can better understand the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large global estate and NinjaOne is helping us manage these machines regardless of location as it allows us 24/7 access to these devices to ensure they are operating correctly and apply patches as and when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use. Our client service is responsive and the platform is well documented with learning resources and an active community. Its the one application in our stack that I wouldn't consider changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform had more native integrations with anti-virus vendors, and I feel like the Network Monitoring component still needs work. That being said it is a very solid and reliable RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne greatly assists us with essential RMM functionality like patch management and presents issues in a way that is easy for our technical team to remediate.

NinjaOne – Trusted Partner In IT Management

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using NinjaOne for about five years now, and it continues to be one of the most reliable and user-friendly IT management tools I’ve ever worked with. The platform is intuitive, easy to deploy, and incredibly stable, we’ve experienced virtually no downtime throughout our use.

One of NinjaOne’s greatest strengths is how seamless it is to deploy and manage across environments. The integration between their various tools including backup and enterprise-level endpoint protection is smooth and efficient, allowing us to centralize our management and support processes with ease.

NinjaOne also stands out for its training resources and community engagement. Their extensive library of learning materials and monthly open office hours provide direct access to professional engineers who are always willing to help. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they follow up promptly and even product improvement suggestions are taken seriously and often acted upon.

We run the tool 24x7x365, and it has become a cornerstone of our operations. The customer support team is exceptional, fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to connect you with the right person to resolve any issue.

Overall, I would highly recommend NinjaOne to organizations of any size looking to centralize IT management, monitoring, and support. It’s a reliable, easy-to-use, and well-supported solution that continues to deliver excellent value year after year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has never experienced any issues with Ninja One to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to centralize my company’s support and management within a single pane of glass. We can quickly deploy the tool across multiple devices and efficiently support both internal and external clients. This enables my team to deliver seamless, high-quality support, which is essential when serving clients who have equally high expectations of our managed services.

Clear, modern RMM solution – efficient, without much technical fuss.

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Clear RMM solution. Modern look without much technical frills. Performant, scalable, flexible.

I prefer NinjaOne over all common competitors because using it and working with it daily is very easy and quick.

Many things that are implemented or automated through NinjaOne are not even noticed by the user, which is very advantageous for all employees in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex tasks or workflows are somewhat more cumbersome to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS, drivers, and software updates were previously almost uncontrolled and distributed randomly. Thanks to NinjaOne, routine installation of updates now only occurs once a month. Of course, there is still the option to patch immediately for critical security updates.

Automatic installation of various software products. In conjunction with a local Active Directory and the software installation set there, NinjaOne fully automates software deployment.

NinjaOne’s Automation and Remote Access Are Game-Changers

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities have saved us countless hours. From patching and software installs to reboot scheduling and alerting, NinjaOne makes it easy to set up workflows that just work. The dashboard is clean and powerful, giving us real-time visibility into device health, compliance, and performance. What I appreciate most is the remote access and troubleshooting. I’ve used it to resolve display issues and run installs without needing to physically touch the device. It’s also great for managing devices that haven’t connected in months, helping us clean up and stay secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne handles Windows updates well, its automation for third-party software deployments is still limited, but it is getting better day by day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne, deploying software and pushing updates—especially for Windows—required manual effort or reliance on Intune alone. NinjaOne now automates:

-Windows 11 upgrades and reboots [Carlos Saenz in chat]
-Zoom and other app installations [Internal IT]
-Sophos and other security tools during system setup

Our team uses NinjaOne to monitor servers, VMs, and hosts, reducing human error and improving uptime. It’s integrated with ADP and PDUs to manage server power during outages.

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy dashboard of all devices. Quick responses for patching, and integrated ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FedRAMP version is missing important features, such as texting agents when new ticket come in after hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software patching with Intune was ineffective. Patching has been very effective since onboarding NinjaOne.
