What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using NinjaOne's RMM over a year ago, to replace Managed Engine's Endpoint Central. So far, it has been a wonderful experience for my entire team. The RRM solution is easy to use and manage, and the NinjaOne team are constantly releasing features that add tremendous value. The support from NinaOne is highly responsive and knowledgeable. It's significantly reduced the administrative overhead when it comes to Endpoints, Device Onboarding and Offboarding, and keep our end-user devices secure and safe. I highly recommend their product!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found no issues with the NinjaOne RMM solution at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Patch & Application Management. Onboarding and Offboarding devices. Remote access and end user support. Reporting capabilities. Task and script deployments, Auto-remediations. Monitoring and alerting.

Outstanding and Intuitive IT Management Platform

  • May 26, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne impresses with its user-friendliness and intuitive design, significantly simplifying IT management tasks. The platform is easy to implement, offers excellent customer support, and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. Its comprehensive feature set — covering everything from remote monitoring to patch management — provides the number of features needed to address diverse use cases. We rely on NinjaOne daily across multiple teams, thanks to its reliability and speed. The NinjaRemote connection is particularly noteworthy: fast, straightforward, and consistently reliable. Initially, we wondered if the streamlined design meant missing functionality, but we were pleasantly surprised. First impressions can be deceiving: NinjaOne proved extremely powerful when connecting our PSA and leveraging scripting, enabling us to automate numerous processes. Additionally, the product roadmaps are exceptionally clear and transparent—something we have not seen in any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules, such as MDM, are not yet on par with competing products; however, they seem to require additional time to mature. The pricing model definitely needs improvement—having clearly defined tiers rather than constant adjustments would be beneficial. Finally, the built-in reporting could offer greater flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves several critical challenges in our IT operations by consolidating disparate management tools into a single, unified platform. It reduces downtime through proactive monitoring and automated patch management, ensuring systems remain secure and up to date. By streamlining remote support with NinjaRemote and automating routine scripts, we’ve freed up our team to focus on strategic projects rather than manual maintenance. Centralized visibility and comprehensive reporting enable faster decision-making and improve our service-level compliance, ultimately saving time and reducing costs.

Good product that convinces even after years, good and fast support with a friendly team.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM helps us automate everyday tasks and better manage our daily routines while enforcing standards. With several thousand devices, we maintain consistent control and use it with automations multiple times a day or even from a smartphone outside of regular working hours. The integration of backup and antivirus brings everything together in one central location. The web interface is generally intuitive to use, which also helps end-customer technicians with their own access without requiring extensive training. In case of errors, support is usually quick and analyzes problems directly remotely with a technician, as access by support is restricted for data protection reasons. Furthermore, the system has been continuously developed since its implementation a few years ago, and our contact person, Andre H., specifically points out interesting features to us and enables them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is designed for patching. Independent views for system status and backups are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track. With many hundreds of customers, you have to do justice to all of them, and the RMM also keeps these customers in the foreground.

NinjaOne has solved issued with deployed laptops

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get updates on different systems in the network and being able to update as soon as possible. We get updates on new things down the pipleline of planned future releases. Support is quick to respond if an issue arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
What needs the most love in the dislike would be the 3rd Party patching. They keep growing and parts of the original product may see to get left behind and helpfully keep all the products up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep the endpoints updated with patches when staff is not updating.

The best RMM Experience

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and responsive this platform is. I can quickly push out an update and see results almost instantly. They also make it easy to deploy updates or make changes to a single device as opposed to something like Intune where you are forced to push out a policy update to a device group. Coupled with the fast implementation speed, this makes it easy to prototype and test new policies and/or configurations before rolling it out to a wider audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features to support mono-organizations as opposed to an MSP. Don't get me wrong, the existing features are fully adaptable to be used within a single organization, but certain things are made a bit more difficult. For example, if you chose to use "organizations" to define your different corporate departments, you cannot use the deduplication feature to prevent orphan objects from being created when moving a device from one department to another because Ninja treats these as being separate organizations entirely. Thankfully, the NinjaOne team is very receptive to feedback and is always implementing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us control all the devices in our organization and manage them remotely. This is very important as our teams and devices are decentralized and deployed throughout the US with a mix of both in-office, remote work, and field operations.
