Essential for Managing End-User Tasks with Powerful Admin & Remoting Tools

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne was very easy to install and deploy across our network. It assists us in handling our daily end-user computer tasks and ensures that our computers stay current with Windows and software updates. A killer feature is the ability to access the command shell or PowerShell for either the current user or the system, which I find extremely useful. On the occasions when I have needed support, the team has been very helpful and responded quickly to resolve or answer my questions. Additionally, the remote access capability is invaluable when troubleshooting issues with an end-user.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has a lot, I wish it had more integrations available with existing tech stack tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has made our patch management process much more efficient. In addition, it offers a solid range of tools that assist us in troubleshooting problems and allow us to deploy and manage software remotely.

Comprehensive IT Management Made Easy

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is great int the way that covers it so many bases for your IT infrastructure needs. The way that all of the features blend together as well as the integrations make everything easily accessible through a single pane of glass. Implementation into an existing IT environment is seamless, even when transitioning off of other tools and services. The tool itself is straightforward and easy to use for everyday use. The team members from the company are very personable and provide excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of NinjaOne that I dislike is the way that patching is configured. The patching configuration is a bit too simplistic and it's hard to track any issues that arise from patching. You can see when patches fail but you really have to dig for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve the issue of juggling multiple services and vendors. Having everything go through NinjaOne helps keep things streamlined and efficient in terms of planning, organization, and management for our IT infrastructure.

All-in-One Management, But User Login Issues Need Improvement

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We like that you can do everything in one program. We can monitor end user updates, any critical issues, send out updates, and remote access computers all under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Randomly some users will not be able to sign into NinjaOne to put in tickets, and so far the only way we have found to fix it is to delete the user and recreate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had seperate programs that we used for ticketing and remote access. Now everything is in NinjaOne as well as automation. Our end users find the ticketing system is easy to use.

A Well-Developing RMM Choice

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface is beautiful coming from a competitor who is now playing catch-up (even rebranding their tool as "Competitor One"). They're constantly updating and have a very active development team, who is quick to give you beta access to any feature they're working on. It's got great granularity and is only improving. I am looking forward to the more mature, focused, and powerful NinjaOne that comes with each patch.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is moving fast. Redesigns of familiar features can cause a bit of confusion as you learn how to use your updated tool. That and the very messy "administration" tab are the only two things I can think of. Using this tool every day makes me wish we had adopted it a little later than we did, with some of the odd quirks slowly evaporating over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing a consistent connection to our clients and providing all-around ease of access to administer devices.

Effortless Endpoint Management for Peace of Mind

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NInjaOne makes it very easy to streamline my ability to manage over 500 endpoints myself. It's extremely easy to set up, configure and deploy. We use it daily to manager a single environment, but Ninja is great at managing multiple other locations as well, perfect for either an MSP or sole IT for an org.
What do you dislike about the product?
More analytics would be great, otherwise not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to manage my endpoints from a single pane of glass, as well as the ability to make changes quickly leveraging the RMM tenant as an API, for tasks such as renaming every host in our domain in 15 minutes.

The authentication time period needs to be edited so it doesn't keep logging Technicians out so quickly and often

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing our Desktop and Server estate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Windows/Software patches that are installed aren't automatically retrying when failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our patch management for our server estate and end user devices. It is also allowing us to remotely access the users laptops so we are able to effectively support our staff wherever they are in the world.

User-Friendly with Advanced Options, Needs Better Patch Control

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninjaone is very user friendly, while also giving the option for more refined options and administrative nuance.
What do you dislike about the product?
More control over patching for OS and software needs to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining all users endpoints on the same version of OS and software is very important for us to ensure that everyone is being kept HIPPA compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save custom scripts and deploy them as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't make custom groups for deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM mainly. We used to use WFRM, but NinjaOne has more features

Effortless Automation and Management, Minor Endpoint Status Glitch

  • October 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has truly impressed me, from its straightforward implementation to its user-friendly interface. Everything I require to manage and support my endpoint devices is available within NinjaOne. I rely on it daily for my system administration tasks, and I think what I appreciate most is how simple it is to set up automations for nearly any task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have encountered with NinjaOne so far is that sometimes endpoints do not show as online, even though they are actually online and the service is running. This can be quite inconvenient when it comes to managing remote endpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage I find with NinjaOne is its ability to let me remotely configure and deploy scripts for a wide range of tasks, whether that's uninstalling programs, installing new ones, or handling anything in between.
