NinjaOne was a lifesaver for us!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, simple to setup, and easy onboarding of department. It's becoming a single panel of glass for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app. It works, but some features don't seem to be working. It's better than what it was before but it could use some more TLC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management. WSUS just wasn't cutting it anymore and with Ninja in control, it makes it much more easier. Even with pushing out new software to users, Ninja has been a life saver.
Best RMM I have used to date for features and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts about Ninja stem from it's ease of use and condition-based activities. We have many monitors set up for if a service stops, a volume starts to get full, or a scheduled time arrives where a script is spawned or an alert and email generated to help us proactivley stay ahead of problems. I have also had a very consistently good experience using the patch management capabilities on Windows systems with global patch approval or blockage by KB number. They are also always adding new features and listen to feedback in the Ninja Community and provide a great timeline for expected new features, of which I am freely allowed to beta test after getting in touch with our account manager. All functions that I use on a regular basis seem thought out and mature in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one gripe I have had so far is that when I want to receive the full output of an automatic or manually triggered script, there is not a native option to email that output like on some other RMM platforms I have tried in the past. Other Ninjas and myself have worked around this by using SMTP sending blocks with server info included to get the desired output to a hard coded email recipient, so it is not a deal breaker but it was a pain point in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate simple and complex tasks and always know what is going on through custom tailored alerts for issues in our multi-tenant environments has been the biggest help, and it has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to focus on new projects that needed to be addressed.
Ninja is a 10 in my book
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of deployment is very nice and simple.
The upsides to me are:
- Ability to list devices within a location
- Schedule scripts to run based on events
- View the event log without getting onto the machine
- Remote into the machine from the platform
- Script library is awesome

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting based on location isn't where I would have hoped. I know it is on the roadmap but can't wait for MDM capabilities. Would love to see some built-in security settings that you can set as a global setting to push down to devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves various things for us, but most importantly, visibility. We also benefit from being able to do many things from within the platform, from remoting in, to pushing scripts, to looking at the event and service log.
perfect support and an incredible development of the solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Report management has helped us a lot in communicating with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not disappointed, my support and all my questions are resolved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to integrate the computer park and monitor the entire customer base, whether under windows, Linux or macOS. We can thus react very quickly and perpetuate the maintenance.
NinjaOne - A great endpoint management service
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps me manage, monitor, and control everything that goes on with my endpoint devices. It provides insight into endpoints without getting up and walking around the office all day. NinjaOne saves time for my system administrator, as well as myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have liked everything that has been offered with NinjaOne. I wish NinjaOne included the endpoint backup solution as part of the base offering and not as an add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of being able to support a remote workforce. We have expanded our mobile workforce in the last few years, and it can be challenging to keep up with devices that do not check into the office regularly.
Great Service Great Name
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has provided us with a secure and simple way to work remotely, when we needed it the most. I love their technical support response time and the expertise and care provided by the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the only thing has been the way TeamViewer and Ninja APIs seem to be difficult to navigate, unless you receive extra support. I have had a few issues with TeamViewer saying that it is being used for commercial purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with our SonicWall SSL VPN device, and Ninja provided a good solution that did not require too much effort to deploy and to configure, in our part (IT Staff) as well as the end users.
NinjaOne is one of the best companies to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is one of the simplest ones to use. It requires little to no training for the techs. It also just does what it is supposed to do. The included end-user remote access is beneficial. For the price there is a lot of value that they bring to the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a downside it would be that there are a few features we would like to see added. Darkmode being one of the main ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja handles all of our patching needs, remote end-user access, and monitoring and alerting.
Super easy to use! Documentation, community and support have been fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ease of use has been lightyears ahead of what I'm used to coming from other competitor RMM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, ticketing and documentation could be more robust. They work as described, however, they still more than meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We signed up for Ninja Protect for all of our devices. We use Ninja for pretty much everything, antivirus monitoring, server monitoring, workstation configuration, etc.
