Fantastic support combined with a reliable suite of core tools helps us be an effective MSP
What do you like best about the product?
We love the easy to use interface and policy management system: it saves us time and massive headaches when dealing with patch management. Onboarding new devices is intuitive and stress free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit higher than I'd like, but we're still getting value for our current pricing tier. I also think the Backup Agent shouldn't be a separate charge per device as it utilizes the same Ninja agent already installed; at the very least it shouldn't cost just as much as the whole RMM per device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja handles all our OS patching, allows us to connect remotely without any hiccups or interruptions in service, and it enables us to provide excellent seamless support services to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Windows Patching is generally very good and device details are easy to find and view.
We also love the ability to add End User accounts so that we can delicate remote access to our clients

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor bugs here and there, mostly with alerts in the console. It doesn't always clear alerts when it's supposed and to give some false positives regarding patching status and down alerts
We also dislike the Remote Support options. TeamViewer is very buggy and often gives us trouble and Splashtop is just not full-featured enough to provide all the necessary tools for a good remote experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving our remote support needs as well as windows and software patching, device management, and network monitoring. We've also been utilizing it during remote work to give our clients access to work from home with the end user account access
Ninja One - Great RMM Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One helps us to make sure all of our devices in our organization are patched frequently, and we can be alerted easily on events we want notifications for. We have even setup user access for end users to access particular servers. This ensures that our users are accessing servers securely using MFA.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the notifications could be a little more granular. Otherwise, I love Ninja One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple items that are addressed by using Ninja One.
Our end users are able to securely access our servers. Previously these had been setup for users to use RDP over a VPN. Using Ninja for this function is a lot more secure.

Very promising and very modern RMM solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's speed and reliability compared to other RMM solutions, moving from Datto RMM, and trying other "modern" solutions, such as Atera, Syncro, SuperOps, and N-Able, the speed is incredible, simply clicking on devices, running reports, kicking off scripts, etc. is honestly unparalleled.
it feels lightweight, but not too simple, coming from the heavier "Legacy" systems, it is a learning curve to realise it's not really needing to be too hard to automate, monitor or manage devices.
The rapid development based on community feedback is incredible, you vote on what you want to see, and very quickly I've seen new, but heavily requested changes/additions be implemented very quickly.
Communication with updates, etc. are amazing, you're always aware on what's happening, what's developing, and if there are issues, it's very quickly resolved.

It's still a new product being developed, so some features you might be used to with other solutions may not be there.
As with all RMM solutions, trial it before going ahead, as it may not have features/services you're looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a "One-man-band", coming from a Datto RMM, finally being able to rely on one much faster and far more reliable solution to connect to devices is strange. the "It just works" has been proven doesn't work time and time again.
But so far, with several, sometimes concurrent sessions, it has never skipped a beat with connections, the only time it has failed for us is when the device isn't connected to the internet.

Ninja is easy to use straight out of the box, NINJA-OOBE
What do you like best about the product?
That includes a prebuilt script that you can use and deploy immediately. In addition, the Ninja community has been very helpful in creating new custom scripts for each of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that as soon as an endpoint goes stagnant (old, over 30 days)..... NINJA does not automatically remove it from the list (it continues to bill us). I wish it had an auto decommission feature and auto RE-commission feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem of not being able to push out software efficiently. Now with NINJA, we are able to push out the software using different approaches: by scripting or by using the in-built solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The UI is very simple, easy to navigate & exceptionally intuitive. The ability to remote into a machine, run cmd & access the local C drive directly from one interface is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs. The Teamviewer API goes down very often. The website is constantly under maintenance & has alot of UI bugs that stop us from being able to meet our deliverables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to locally access the users files. I can move install files on to a users C drive without disrupting their work. This is a huge time saver.
Excellent RMM features with good support and regular updates
What do you like best about the product?
Even though it's now NinjaOne, the RMM piece is our bread and butter for managing our devices. I like all the various scripts available to ease management and the regular Ninja office hours meetings where their experts show you how to make the most of your subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the RMM portion, but we don't need the backup or documentation solutions that are now part of the NinjaOne package. Our hope is they continue to focus on improving RMM functionality as their top priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has helped us immensely in managing all of our devices across several organizations and locations, with Windows patching and software updating being the most useful functions.
NinjaOne provide that single plane of glass into out network and endpoints.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows for easy management of servers and workstations for server patch management, 3rd party patching for software and integrates very well with BitDefender on all levels. It has an easy to use web interface and a nice dashboard to see all of the items that need to be addressed. The support has been excellent. it is very typical to get a response to questions and issues in just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the backups through the NinjaOne services can be tricky and confusing. Once it is figured out it is not as bad; just hoping for a more accessible interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has agents for most operating systems, including Linux and Mac, allowing to be able to manage patches and has support for the new M processors from Apple. Ninja also has very customizable alerts, allowing for customized automation to resolve issues quickly.
