What do you like best about the product?
I have used many RMM platforms over the years, and Ninja is great value for money. The account management team are helpful without trying to upsell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still focussed primarily on the MSP market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management and automation is a life saver for small internal IT teams

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the easy integration of the various building blocks, such as maintenance, OS patches and software patches. Compared to other software manufacturers, the operation of the interface is absolutely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since NinjaOne is constantly evolving, problems with integration are short-lived, as the developers and support staff take care of any problems that arise very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a satisfactory overall solution in our company.
With the introduction of NinjaOne, we have managed to combine both the ticket system and monitoring.

Going from N-Able to NinjaOne, makes things less complicated and much easier to deploy. There is no ambiguity with pricing. The system is easy to use and configure. It's scripting engine is simple and yet pretty powerful. It's great system.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any issues with using NinjaOne. It's easy to use and even easier to deploy. There are some scripts in the script library that do not work or do not show any results. There is only a few.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is letting us to monitor and update client workstations and servers. Protect those system and give us an early warning system for hardware or software failure.

Powerful Tool, Simple UI, and Great Dev Community

  • December 20, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
At a time that we have been repeatedly disappointed by vendors and products, Ninja has been the standout for both. It was easy to deploy, documentation is great, support is responsive, updates are quick, feature roadmap is built around users, and the dev community is always providing great scripts. I spent the last 10 years at MSP's before moving to the customer end in a Director of IT role. I can't understand why so many MSP's are still using CW. We have automated and completed more in 2 months with Ninja than our previous MSP's could over the last 3 years with their antiquated RMM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are any shortcomings it would be with the ticketing system, but even that has improved dramatically over the 2months we've been using it. It's adequate for our use, but it needs some further development to work for an MSP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After being disappointed with 3 MSP's we chose to bring IT in-house. We needed to quickly standup an RMM and ticketing solution, deploy a server backup solution, deploy a patch managent solution, monitor our network, and have the ability to push apps and automate processes. Ninja helped us accomplish 80% of that in days and the rest within weeks. We continue to find more ways to use it to our advantage 2 months in.

A high quality RMM that does what it says

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, yet powerful. The user interface is easy to understand and the onboarding team are excellent. We've found the integrations to be painless and the overall solution to be cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see greater integration with alternative AV solutions (such as Sophos) and potentially integration with other solutions such as MDM. The documentation feature is in its infancy, so would love to see work on that continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne gives us visibility and automation at scale for our customers, without a substantial price tag, and in a simple to use package that makes it easy for our team to upskill

Ninja, one of the best RMM

  • December 20, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This product is easy to use and support is generally good. Compared to our last RMM tool, this product comes through by doing everything you expect from a RMM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja still lacks the ability to fire scripts when machines first reconnect/connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great connectivity and monitoring of end points. Backup product is also pretty good and easy to push out updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, powerful control, easy training for new staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Serves our needs nicely. Nothing I really dislike worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint compliance and automating software installations. Gives us a full dashboard as to what is going on across our 600+ clients.

Quick ROI

What do you like best about the product?
The initial installation was almost trivial. From there, NinjaOne produced results for us within days of deployment. It gives us better control over Windows updates than our previous tool, and information on each device that is easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint is that it's modular. It's not a tool where you pay one price and get it all. To get the full functionality, you need to pay for multiple modules. In addition, their payment system is dysfunctional. They do not invoice or accept paper checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small team that's stretched thin. NinjaOne allows even a small team like us to automate some annoying tasks very easily. It has also given us more control over Windows updates.

Fast Fresh Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ninja is their community relations and their staff. Sure their product is excellent, but like most products it has its moments. Where it really shines is the way the Ninja staff handles these moments. From the great experience on the helpdesk to the very helpful team members of the official Discord channel. The Ninja community relations are top notch, all feedback is taken on board and perhaps more impressively, implemented!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still issues with Ninja, such as their lack of history in their RMM product amongst other things. Would love to see this grow past 1 hour to 90 days. Additionally, whilst their regular updates means new great features it can pretty regularly bring bugs along with it. I also wish they had more security transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Ninja for their RMM product. Their powerful scripting engine combined with their API allows me to automate nearly all of my management tasks for my managed endpoints.
