What do you like best about the product?
I can't say anything useful about Ninja since for us it is a fundamental tool in our company, it saves us a lot of time when it comes to automating tasks, system updates, software installation, security policies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't know how to say something we don't like, maybe we can say as a negative that when you generate a massive software installation, the installation files have a very small maximum capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cabamatica has a virtual server infrastructure, which we have controlled through Ninja. We also carry out IT maintenance, which would be much more complicated without Ninja.
NinjaOne is an excellent tool for resource management and network monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is an excellent tool for resource management and network monitoring. It offers a wide range of features that allow IT administrators to efficiently and effectively monitor and manage remote devices.
One of the things I like most about NinjaOne is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. The platform is very easy to navigate and no advanced technical skills are needed to use it. Additionally, integration with other systems and third-party tools is easy and straightforward.
Another great feature of NinjaOne is its ability to perform management tasks remotely. This means that administrators can troubleshoot and perform software updates on remote devices without having to be physically present. This saves time and effort, and also helps minimize system downtime.
Overall, NinjaOne is a very powerful and well-designed tool that I would recommend to any company needing a solid solution for monitoring and resource management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja one solves a lot of issues for me like allowing me to stop windows updates until i know they are stable and also to see what issues are there on a clients machine before they client knows about it. I also like the fact that i can do maintance etc on the backend without the client knowing about it
It has made us much more productive and attractive to our customers.

The best thing is undoubtedly the constant and specialized attention of support and the account manager, they have not accompanied the entire process, so that our clients have the best experience.

The answer to your RMM search
What do you like best about the product?
To call this a tool or even a piece of software doesn't do it justice. I've been working in helpdesks for over nine years and have never seen such a smooth combination of functionality, support, and performance in one package. I love NinjaOne's ability to ensure you can always access an endpoint. Unlike other solutions, I can't lock myself out of a machine or randomly lose access to it. Beyond that, the support is phenomenal, with excellent documentation and self-help resources. Plus NinjaOne is constantly improving their products and connecting with clients like me to let them know what's coming down the pipe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only say one negative thing about NinjaOne, the inventory reporting. Everything else is full-featured with all the bugs worked out and all the details you could ask for, but don't expect to have this replace your asset management system. However, that's a pretty small ding on a platform that offers exceptional service, robust tools, a great user interface, and an amazing customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't report any current problems, but a few months ago, we had frequent connection issues to machines through one available tool. Thanks to help from NinjaOne, we resolved the issue and had a backup for future cases. The result is better sleep and incredible reliability when connecting to endpoints.
NinjaOne is a solid product
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy to use and administer with affordable pricing and fantastic support if needed. When we switched to it a few years back it was very easy to get everything migrated and all features we needed configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is in some ways a newer product and lacks some features other RMMs/Ticketing services provide, however they are constantly improving their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to monitor and manage our client's devices remotely
Review of NinjaOne from an IT MSP Professional
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and setup is what i like most about NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful from NinjaOne is searching real-time activity on a machine in mass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is providing Remote Monitoring and Management for our customer workstations and servers. This allows us to manage our customers at Scale
Control your assets like a pro
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very easy to use. We were up and running within 1 week with all our endpoints added. Patch management is a breeze, just set up the options and it will take care of the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Ninja has 3rd party tools that go down and do not work (Splashtop & Teamviewer). But they are very good at proactively keeping us updated on any issues that might arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a method of insuring all the patches were being pushed out and applied. So far so good. We were able to pin point faulty endpoints that wouldn't update automatically. Reporting was also a breeze, they can be populated in about 30 seconds.
