What do you like best about the product?
The ease of everything in the application is amazing. Ninja make it very easy to navigate through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. We have not encountered any issues with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had no way of remoting into pcs; we also never had anything close to the amount of information we can get from our systems and servers now.

Having all of my monitoring in one spot has been amazing.

I wish there were a way to track Android and Apple products in the same place as my workstations and servers.

Ninja got us off a platform that refused to work when it was needed the most. Easy remote access, patching that works, and easy tracking.
Single Pane of Glass is the only way to go
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is hands down the best RMM service, I have used.
The ease of access to each end user, and the ability to have tickets, documentation, and management all in one place is flawless. I love the Single Pane of Glass concept, which truly allows for my organization's needs to be met.

What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside I have found from NinjaOne is the lack of customization to the ticketing app (endusers) I do not like the amount of info needed to be filled out by the user. or that they cannot choose tags.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formerly we used AutoMox for patching, Ninja filled the gaps of adding missing software, multiple OS patch, and app management and added in a Remote desktop, allowing us to remove an app from our tech stack.
The Ninja Team is best in class, from quick responses to even quicker hotfixes for updates and roll outs.

Ninja has everything I need in a single package

Everything is in one place, setup is relatively simple (even to an RMM virgin like myself)

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like but I use Eset antivirus and integration could be easier

We like the ease of use and clarity with NinjaOne. I can install apps, Modify system settings with scripts on the fly.

If there is One thing i would change or dont like, its that it doesnt have an Ad Hoc for impromptu connections.

I really like everything and if I had to put a downside, it is the lack of mobile device management.

With NinjaOne I can enhance the work of the IT department by monitoring the volume of incidents and the time to resolve them.

I think the platform is very useful and easy to use overall, but I would like to see more customization options in the control panel so that it can better suit my specific needs.

Solve network and disk or storage problems thanks to the single-pane view of all endpoints and tools to enhance monitoring. The platform provides IT teams with proactive monitoring, remote management, remote control, patch management, software management, IT asset management, and backup.
