It is extremely convenient and allows us to manage multiple clients securly.
What do you like best about the product?
The data we receive back from our devices/clients and the ability to issue commands to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the service is extremely functional and allows us to connect in multiple ways if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us visually manage and view our devices quickly without manually logging each one to verify its current status.
System Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor and manage all of my servers in one place is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne cuts down on my time spent checking for and running updates on my servers.
Best RMM I've found
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is thus far the best RMM I have used. I have worked with some of their competitors in the past, and find the competition to be greatly lacking compared to ninja.
Ninja has a great dev team, incredible support, a fantastic community in the Dojo and Discord, wonderful, passionate product leads, and a grade-A product.
Backups just work and are easy to manage, remote access is super easy with all the tools they integrate with, like team viewer and Splashtop.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is actually hard to answer. I think the only real shortfalling of the product is the global search feature and it's lack of filters. So working for a large MSP it can be tricky to find exactly what I am looking for. However, this is something that they are actively working on and have already improved it some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides easy access to remote computers, and tools to support and troubleshoot them. The scripting features of Ninja also saves us a huge amount of time on a regular basis. Plus the general ease of use is a huge cost savings.
I have been working with them for a little over 2 years and have nothing bad to say
What do you like best about the product?
The remote software has helped tremendously with our users. We have 3 locations and hybrid and remote workers; Ninja simplifies things. Sending scripts and fixing issues remotely has never been easier. They have a documentation portion that we have taken advantage of that has helped new hires within our department learn processes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of all the good, every application has a bad. The only thing I dislike is their ticketing system. Granted that it may be a perfect fit for other organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote! The remote software is the most significant selling point and the main reason we went with NinjaOne. The extra things such as scripting, patch management, and documentation are just pluses.
Pretty good stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use all the background tools and policies to help automate repetitive tasks. I also like the dojo community to help find resources to achieve higher automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripes are caused by previous technicians setting up Ninja with less-than-optimal methods. I've been able to handle everything I need to with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves automation issues and it also helps us quickly handle issues when it arrives. In today's asynchronous remote environments, speed and reliability can change outcomes.
NinjaOne has everything we need in a CRM at this stage.
What do you like best about the product?
Script and document management are really helpful features of Ninja. The process of remoting into a computer on the network is seemless. The application is fast with quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about NinjaOne is the lack of connection to asset management. If NinjaOne could connect to our Asset Mangement program, it would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helps solve the issue of where to document different aspects of our network. NinjaOne makes it easy to record changes and updates to our equipment and network.
Swapped from N-Able Solarwinds to NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on the ninjaOne dashboards was a good change from Solarwinds. Big fan of the backup solution they offer and the built-in ticketing/systray are our most used features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to right-click on an asset and immediately launch one any of the tools like remote background or remote access from any screen other than the main OU. On the main OU screen, you get a small "play button" that appears for quick access. If you are in a child OU or a different site, navigate to the asset screen to get the "play button". It doesn't feel convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a single pane of glass to look at our entire environment is something that we went into the migration looking for. We didn't want eight pieces of software to manage our environment.
NinjaOne review
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it it to start with it and the intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably that it still could get more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in our end point management as well as monitoring, having everything in one place. Also the inventory reports are really good to have, since it can be challenging to have it at hand sometimes.
NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
The alerts are great.
The reports are great.
It's easy to stay on top of servers which haven't rebooted or have been modified and the alerts are sent to me as text msgs so I don't need to look for them manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the documentation section, you cannot create documentation referring to more than 1 server, it only allows you to select one server. This seems ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned prior, it auto notifies me. I generated a report which is emailed to me daily on the overall status of all of our servers and our core network gear.
NinjaOne helps us to automate our work

The posibility to automate, monitor and rollout configuration and software packages
