Been using them for years and will for years to come.
What do you like best about the product?
Good organization of devices and ease of use with plenty of filtering options.
What do you dislike about the product?
New function so it's hardly a criticism, but more work is needed on remote access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would need to double our staff to maintain this many users and devices without it.
Great RMM with outstanding user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a intuitive web front-end which makes the use easier compared to other solutions.
You can customize the search for your individual needs with templates and pin favorites (e.g. devices or organization).
Also the ability to use information from your script querys and store them into custom fields is a great feauture.
Notification can be customized deepending on your companies needs and you can choose a variety of notification channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management could be a little bit more traceable. Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible to create custom reports with information from your scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gained the ability to process our individual scripts and bring the output in a central plattform together with the inbuilt monitoring scripts. Remote Support is way easier and can be used from multiple plattforms which brings us more agility to our work.
Tier 1 support technician Ninja Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can monitor an endpoints stats and connect when you need to. The ability to run scripts is always useful, and the software inventory youcan check for each organization, or device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reboot function hardly ever works on any devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor all our endpoints simultaneously, although we have to use a separate product for antivirus monitoring
Great tools!
What do you like best about the product?
Having Ninja One as a tool for managing updates on a large scale is what I was looking for. Having other options like remote access is also a very nice feature. Keeping security up to date on all our PCs is also great to have. Their support team is very fast and responsive. I've had a great experience with everyone so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is how hard the login portal is to find. Seriously, I can't find it anywhere by searching online. I guess that could be a good thing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I was having before NinjaOne was keeping all our artists' applications up to date. Before, I would have to manually log in to each PC and individually install the app or update. Now I can schedule a script to run everything for me!
Best RMM (Great support)
What do you like best about the product?
Easy patching and seamless integration with multiple remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, Splashtop, RDP, etc.) The support team is fantastic and continuously coming out with great new features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of much. Potentially could have better support for MacOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, patching and remote access are all bundled into one platform.
One of the best MDM platforms I have used...
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows seamless and very robust MDM, auditing, diagnostics, patching, and much more when managing devices on networks for a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user for a little over a year, I haven't found something I really don't like.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for my IT team to conduct remote diagnostics and support. A quick snapshot of network device health.
Grew On Me Overtime - Very Happy Now!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple to deploy to endpoints, and the single agent has many capabilities baked into one "end-user-install".
Their additional services are very complimentary to their core product (backup/AV reselling + integration).
Our AM, Jonathan S., is top tier! He's responsive, knows how to connect us internally to resources, and has been able to help us increase our usage and effectiveness of NinjaOne. I've worked with many AM/CSM's and he's excellent!
NinjaOne Backup has also been excellent so far and I'm very happy with its efficiency and accuracy.
Their new reporting system is much better than the existing system, but there is some room to improve still with more premade reports, but it's a very good start.
We haven't played around much with the alerting/automation capabilities (after a device is deployed), but our basic experience has been pretty good so far. The ability to also script anything you want via powershell/bash/etc has come in handy many times.

What do you dislike about the product?
MacOS support is not as good as an apple specific MDM, which means the deployment of certain things can be a bit more difficult. For example, there isn't an easy way to rollout a configuration profile, or other things that are needed to deploy an AV/EDR.
3rd party software patching can be hit/miss, and the amount of 3rd party software that can be patched is not very long. An integration with chocolatey/winget or some other package manager might open this feature to a wider amount of 3rd party software that they can patch.

They provide a central application to control our end user devices & software patching, allowing us to remotely deploy software, and monitor devices & enforce security features/policies.
They also perform file backup for our user's laptops, for ransomware protection, and also just "the end user deleted a file" protection.
Their tool helps us to remotely troubleshoot hardware and software issues, without needing to be physically in front of the computer. This is critical as a remote-first company, where our entire IT team is remote.

a very useful application
What do you like best about the product?
The utility to monitor equipment and be able to maintain them without disturbing is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be visible to the client that we have accessed their computer remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you got all the information and all the administration in one app
NinjaOne is the best RMM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The continous updates that actually improve our work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a growing MSP and having NinjaOne allows us to scale properly with our customer base. The constant updates have also improved our support methods and and it allows our technicians the tools they need to best support our customers.
Easy to manage PCs and Server
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows me to ensure updates are run, see if hard drives are entire, and even have scripts that run at certain times of the week for other things. Allowing users to securely remote into their work PCs is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have come across is when the SMS two-factor is not working, so people could not log in to access their PCs remotely, or I could not get in to manage systems. Luckily, it never seems to be down long when it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One issue that NinjaOne has solved for me is that I can easily see when a server has an error so that I can start working on a solution. Before, It would wait until I checked the server manually.
