Great RMM Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja one RMM is a full package tool. It allows for automatic patching of the operating system and also a large amount of third party software. It also allows us to have a complete picture and total control over the remote computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to schedule a script to run when a device wakes up. If I schedule a script to run and the device is online it will try to run on the device and fail. It would be nice if it would wait to run until the device is online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Ninja, we didn't have total control over the computers remotely. Now we can check logs, run scripts, pull up powershell or command prompt, and remote into the computer if needed. This is excellent because it allows us to work on the machines and troubleshoot very quickly and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
A responsive support and product team.
The onboarding and MSP team have really worked with us to get going.
We also grew in the resale space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note at the moment.

We use this as our RMM Tool to service our customers.
It's a key tool we use to monitor and manage our customers.

A powerful tool that I use every day

What do you like best about the product?
When you have to manage-maintain computers and servers of dozens or hundreds of different clients, it is very helpful to have a monitoring and technical assistance tool as powerful and reliable as NinjaOne.

Both its interface and its tools allow me to save time on the most repetitive tasks and speed up endpoint corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have been using this tool for at least 3-4 years and I don’t remember it failing me even once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can provide assistance to my clients efficiently. I can access and/or execute tasks remotely, or quickly check the status of an endpoint thanks to its convenient interface.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest ways to support end users in muliple ways. I'm a click away from remoting in to address an issue quickly or answering a support ticket quickly to address any issues (minor or critical).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific. I would love the ability to integrate to a full CRM with all of my smartphone and tablet devices. Having everything housed in one dashboard location would be much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to constantly monitor all registered end user devices, including on-premise domain controller servers. I'm able to support all of these devices through the IT ticket system.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like getting notified when a customer's system is having issues. Generally the customer doesn't realize anything happened until after the event is dealt with and the problem is resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
An ARM based install would be so helpful and has been on the radar for quite some time now but never seems to make it to development. With so many new arm devices in the field this is going to be an absolute MUST. The default logging on Linux also creates havoc in the syslog. It's not hard to deal with but should be a little less verbose by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with a different VPN client and authentication for numerous clients has always been challenging. Passing through several layers of support to get access to something critical was a nightmare. Today I can explain the security of the NinjaOne system and get direct access to only the resources that I need to maintain without compromising security and increase the customer's satisfaction. As long as the system is online I can access it from one familiar location. Scripting in NinjaOne has also helped me create more useful notifications to better deal with various situations. I can be pro-active for the client instead of waiting for the call.

I am 100% satisfied, therefore I have no point here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual patching is eliminated and we can identify problems with our customers before the customer notices them. Good manageability of endpoints Service desk client related

What do you like best about the product?
The cooperation with my contact person & the support are unique. There are always solutions and answers for every question.

The interaction of the various tools works wonderfully. Especially the RMM and patch management are very mature & I don't know how to improve these features because it works almost perfectly
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing negative, if negative events happen, they will be rectified through communication. The only thing that would be desirable is that there might be an Anydesk integration & an MDM system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to find a solution for the customer in good time, to react faster and to always be there for him, no matter where I am.


With this product, we can take our service to a new level and make more profits, it's a win-win situation.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small MSP, we have found NinjaRMM to be an invaluable asset in managing our clients' IT infrastructure efficiently and effectively. What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of NinjaRMM that we found less appealing is that the platform, while feature-rich, can sometimes feel overwhelming for users who are not familiar with RMM tools, and this may require a slight learning curve to fully grasp its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM is solving several key problems for our MSP, including:

GREAT RMM

What do you like best about the product?
First, their pricing is highly competitive. Setup & use out the box took next to nothing. All the tools are easily accessible from the dashboard. And the extra configurations available tune it for a great all-around experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional apps don't have stand-alone installers - so it needs to get installed with the Ninja installer.
It is still easily accessible, this is more of a preference for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem solved was the pricing. The cost took me aback - I was expecting to pay much more.
I am not a MSP and all my machines are at one company - but we have multiple locations with specific needs that can/do differ at each. The specific configurations available at each "location" makes adding devices in & getting it set up a breeze. Easily save hours on new devices being added.
The data protection services are also straightforward from setup to deployment.

- The company continually adds new features requested by the community
- Integrations with Backups, Helpdesk ticketing, and antivirus
What do you dislike about the product?
- The backup pricing is based on the number of agents plus total storage usage - We would use this portion if it were only usage-based.
- I could use some more robust reporting (which sounds like it it coming)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support our MSP clients without having to have a full-time RMM specialist. It lets us stay on top of OS and 3rd party patch management and provides plenty of options (multiple remote desktop methods and multiple CLI methods) to support our users remotely.
