Reliable and Easy to use RMM
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information that you can get at a glance is fantastic. Also very much so enjoy the remote features like remote command line, file browser, and remote services/task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search could be optimized and be more versitile. Searching for users can be difficult and when searching for companies they don't always show up on the top of the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a full featured remote management software that allows me to do my job with ease. All the features that NinjaOne offers make remote access and overall management of customer devices much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy patchmanagement, ticketing an exporting reports for billing, automated tasks, monitoring, reporting issues, dcumentation, hardware, software inventory, run scripts without enabling powerhell remoting
Everything is in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how NinjaOne shows all the info you need from a computer before taking control of it on TeamViewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still a bit new to it, so I don't see any problems to mention at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech support speed and office commute times.
Baddd Asss
What do you like best about the product?
N1 is always adding new features. They are in touch with their users and draw innovation from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like using Teamviewer in N1. It seems to cause us the most problems.

Quick, easy to navigate and manage, love the API
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly and was easy to jump into and start managing clients. The API is easy to use and makes automated reporting fun to setup. Compared to Continuum it is a lot more responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have anything to complain about. I havent had any issues using the service. Setting up new organizations and deploying agents is quick and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem we had with contiuum was their awful helpdesk support as well as spotty uptume for RMM services and customer support. NinjaOne has been doing all these things better.
Easy to use RMM solution

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of options to perform automated stale agent cleanup.
Currently, there is no way to reset certain conditions automatically It must be done manually or after a certain amount of time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great replacement tool for our current Connectwise Automate. It may not be as robust in terms of features, but it is more intuitive and user-friendly when it comes to the interface.
Reliable, intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search by the user last logged in, as well as IP address in the search bar in addition to the device name. I also like how reliably the Ninja remote tool connects and works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it's a bit clunky when needing to access servers, my current process is to press dashboard, then find the org, then press servers. Might be easier if there was a servers tab under the org overview page instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to connect to end users devices and NinjaOne has provided that. The remote feature to get into client's desktops works most of the time.
Finally, everything we need in an RMM product without all of the bloat.

The ability to manage our thousands of endpoints in a single pain of glass.
The best RMM solutions we've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes it very easy to manage machines remotely, there are several options for removing in providing good flexibility there, and the ease of using and importing scripts for automation is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two features lacking in my opinion - one is the ability to create custom dashboards (or a built-on one) that makes it easier to get real-time information on all companies within Ninja easily (for example, a dashboard or view where we can see only the devices that have critical issues, across all companies). The other lacking feature is the ability to have configurable pop-ups or notification sounds (to become aware of critical issues right away). Still this is a great RMM solution compared to many others out there.
Lastly, one suggestion would be to have a history graph of resources, so for example, for memory or CPU usage, it would be useful to see over time how and when that has increased.
