Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
we use ninjs to connect with clients and work through issues effortlessly as if the client is sitting right next to us. we can run scripts and commands on the computer
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there is a delay from the launch of the remote tool but it works smooth when we are connected and there is never any drops which is a good thing as we are customer facing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were unable to connect to some clients computer before since there was not a remote tool that could do mac or linux and now we have access with ninja rmm tools

To be honest - I wish it did everything I needed under one pane. It's coming!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the above - from being able to easily remote into workstations and servers to ensure backups are easy to work with.

Great product and wonderful people!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is always someone ready to help with any questions. Their roadmap is continuously offering new and useful integrations to make life as an MSP easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing where to start in the resources. It's great that there are so many; however it's easy to get lost down a rabbit hole. Perhaps during the onboarding call, the engineer could quickly take partners through the knowledge base or a 'point and click kind of tour'?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne brings all of the pieces together to help avoid tool-fatigue. It benefits me by cutting down the hours and hours of vendor meetings, vendor verification, and tool implementation and configuration.
NinjaOne Takes a Load Off My Plate and Helps Me to Sleep Better at Night!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps me manage our computers (patch management, routine maintenance, special one-time scripts, onboarding, tech support etc.) from anywhere worldwide so long as they are online. It makes it much easier to tell which computers need more immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows me to manage our fleet of computers in groups and remotely for both routine, emergency, and special jobs, rather than going to each computer individually and physically accessing them . It also takes care of inventoring all of our compters and software. Helps me during budget time each year to know what needs to be replaced, and software inventory helps me to fill out reports required by some of our vendors each year.
Awesome product and awesome people to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing and knowledgable support staff makes all the difference!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the interface was a little confusing but that has since been improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to get a complete overview and management of our endpoints. This saves us so much time and helps to provide timely support that end users appreciate.
My experience till now is very good and Ninja made my life much easier.

Ninja offers a complete solution to all my needs from just one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a complete integration with GravityZone, Ninja would be excellent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not running around the factory to check all PCs and their status.
Launched us
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of ninja one is the community surrounding the product. The integrations are great, the customer support is superb, and the discord community is alive and kicking. The company is genuinely transparent in its development of this product. Which not only piques my interest in the product itself, but also how I can use their integrations to better serve my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be a bit slow to respond, there are some buggy features that need to be ironed out. I think if there was some focus on streamlining the interface, reducing the latency of the actions to their feedback on the user interface, optional access to the remote shell when running scripts, etc. Just a few kinks to work out, though they are minor in comparison to the advantages of this utility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is offering a comprehensive and modular remote management software that allows our business to effectively respond to issues our customers are facing with their endpoints. We also are utilizing the ticketing system to ensure we have a fluid list of things that are going on in the company. The benefits I'm personally noticing are general improvements on customer service as I continue to learn more about the software.
With their discord channel, I am also learning more about IT management and scripting, because the connection with the company is transparent and trustworthy, I am comfortable reaching out to their team at any time to help me with any issues I may face.

NinjaOne is a powerful and easy to use RMM
What do you like best about the product?
We've had an excellent experience with NinjaOne so far, but two things really stand out: The speed at which tasks execute and the support we've received when we've needed it. Having used multiple RMM platforms over the years, such as Datto AEM and N-Able, NinjaOne is hands down the fastest at executing requested jobs. They typically run in seconds after submitting, whereas other platforms take minutes or even tens of minutes. When we need to run a job, it's often because there's an issue; we need to do it *right now* and not in 20-30 minutes or whenever the RMM feels like it. NinjaOne has been exceptional in that regard.
No platform is perfect and the few times we've needed to submit support requests, their staff has responded quickly and accurately. If they couldn't provide a resolution right away (e.g. a bug was found), we were kept up to date until a fix was released and followed up with afterward. This is a dramatically different experience than working with other vendors where we've waited days or weeks just for an initial reply to requests.
NinjaOne continues to evolve rapidly and has a roadmap available to customers to see what features are in development, planned or being considered. Most importantly, they genuinely listen to feature requests of their users. Sure, not everything everyone wants can be implemented, but if enough people echo similar requests, they listen and take action.
Overall, our experience has been fantastic and we don't regret leaving our prior RMM solution for NinjaOne at all.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't as mature as some of the competition and can lack refinement in some areas, however, the roadmap is clear and at least for our needs whats missing or lacking will be addressed in the future. Otherwise, we have no major complaints or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very robust platform that allows our staff to quickly and effectively manage our clients devices and networks. The overall speed and ease of use are what drive our ability to meet our customers needs.
Getting access easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easily getting remote access to computers and getting seamless access to CMD or PowerShell without disrupting the users' workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to quickly find servers in the list of computers. I would like 2 separate lists, one for servers and one for PCs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for an MSP, getting remote access is key and NinjaOne really does that well. I also really like the ability to see the processor and memory status and other very detailed information about endpoints.
