I’m extremely impressed with Ninja ONE’s remote management tool, Ninja RMM. It provides a seamless and efficient way to manage systems and applications from a centralized location, making IT administration much more convenient.
One of its standout features is automated patch management for both Windows and third-party applications. This ensures that systems stay up to date with the latest security patches and performance fixes, significantly improving security and reducing manual workload.

No built-in network discovery – The lack of this feature makes it difficult to identify and monitor all devices (like switches, printers, or unauthorized endpoints) on our corporate network. Adding network scanning would greatly enhance visibility and security.
No automated agent deployment – Manually installing Ninja agents on endpoints is time-consuming. An automated, portal-based deployment option would streamline onboarding and ensure no devices are missed.

Great product with fantastic product team
What do you like best about the product?
The staff are very active in the community and proactively point people to solutions for potential problems. They are constantly looking for new features to put out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. NinjaOne is a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patching is more granular than intunes and I can set forced reboots. The permissions structure means I can give clients access to only what they need.
Great partner since 2016
What do you like best about the product?
We've been with Ninja since 2016 and they've been an excellent partner. They are responsive to both billing and service requests and have continually made the RMM tools better and better. They've been a cornerstone part of our MSP business and we very much appreciate the partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be stronger, especially end-user-facing reports that convey the value of what we are providing to our customers. Occasionally we get some hit or miss with the patch management but I'd say it's 95% effective in getting patching done correctly. I'd like to see a little more partnership on the marketing side (i.e. MDF funds, or marketing consultation help to grow both our businesses). Overall, though, our experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GIves us a tool to manage our customers endpoints and provide patch management, remote monitoring and remote support at a reasonable price. We also utilize their NinjaBackups services and the Teamviewer, Splashtop and Webroot integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
it works really well by doing what it is supposed to do and is very easy to implement. They continuously add new features to improve the product and their support is great as well. Ninja also makes it easy to integrate with other tools, especially CIPP which is really nice and adds Microsoft administration to the tool. Our team uses the tool every day and there have been no issues

the policy setup is a bit messy, its very functional but not clean as you cant see it at the client only level only the global level. It would be nice if the agent form that end users can submit tickets from was customizable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
beyond the standard RMM tools, it has a good patch management system and it also integrates with halo, our ticketing system, and CIPP, for microsoft management. Also their own Ninja Remote is an excellent remote tool.
NinjaRMM For The Win!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very user-friendly. We made the switch from N-central, and I know we made the right decision. Without any prior training, I managed to add a device in under a minute. Ninja is powerful, without all of the fluff that comes with other RMM tools. Remote management works great with both Splashtop and Teamviewer. Backups work great. Monitoring work great.
With the ease of use, our techs rarely need to call in for any help. When they do need to call in, they are greeted with excellent customer service, and their questions are answered quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if NinjaRMM was able to manage android and apple devices, which is a project they are working on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaRMM for several services, and it does a great job of each one. It does a fantastic job with patch management, asset management, endpoint management, backups, and much more. We love that the backup solution is simple, but powerful enough to do local and cloud backups.
Excellent experience. Ninja is the best RMM tool I have ever used. I highly recommend it!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and simplicity. You can jump right in and start using Ninja without too much training. It is a perfect fit for smaller IT departments or MSP's who do not have much time to invest in getting a tool customized to work. If you need something that will start working right out of the box this is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more flexibility with adding some additional filters for searching and groups. We do this with custom fields but having it built-in would be really nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a major issue we had before using NinjaOne: security. It helps ensure all connected computers comply with A/V, Firewall, and other security software or settings. Before Ninja we found computers missing software like Antivirus software when we thought they were installed. We could never be sure that all of our computers were compliant. Now I know all computers are secure because it is all done automatically by Ninja without my staff having to do anything.

We support a lot of MacOS systems and would like better integration with MacOS.

The easy to do things, it's the most intuitive tool that i use,

Some lacks in the conection by using spashtop to RMM, but always al second try works, or sometimes takes a bit longer to connect to a new endpoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to connect to and endpoint, check the patches needed, check if anything is well on the end points( use os RAM or CPU, or time without restart), i also used ticketing but it's on "at work" feature when y tried it and like it , i will try it later

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using NinjaOne for years and its consistently improved year over year. Looking back we don't know how we could have grown to the size we are with any other product. They listen to their customers and as we've grown their feature set has. Can't speak highly enough about the product and the team at Ninja.

Wish they had the ability to group companies from the main view.
