Well Rounded Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I have a standardized single management interface for all aspects of the RMM and no longer need to switch between five different products. Additionally, they helped us better standardize security implemented with policies and partnerships (S1 for example).
What do you dislike about the product?
The third party app updating mechancisim needs an overhaul entirely. It's one of those moments where I would just approach the ninite developers and buy the company and employees out to perfect this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled between multiple interfaces when operating as an MSP. As we grew, the notion of bouncing around became overwhelming and was a clear growth inhibitor. NinjaOne solved this with one UI.

An RMM tool that simplifies tasks and makes endpoint management a breeze!!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it all. From the ease of installing/uninstalling agents, managing and setting up alerts and policies, creating and deploying scripts/applications. The platform has reduced time needed for simple management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to list here. I would like to see better insights into the patch management dashboard, like drilldowns of what PCs or clients may have failed/missed patches, and a lack of integrations with third party vendors/plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped us reduce time for employee onboardings by the easy implementation of automation/scripting. It has unified the processes of endpoint management as well as simplified patch management all together. And it is great that the Patch Management ACTUALLY WORKS!!!

Ease of use and management and suppot when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of specifically.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can remotely monitor and manage a very large number of endpoints and organizations with far fewer staff than with the traditional break-fix model.

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to see everything through a single interface. An interface that is easy to navigate, and very intuitive. Its great at pointing out problems we didn't know we had!
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that when something didn't work the way it was supposed to it provided a bit more information as to why it failed (ie patch management)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to use multiple products to achieve our end goals we can use a single solution for everything

Seems like a solid RMM with a few glaring flaws

  • July 12, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninjaone has a simple glass panel, making it easy to navigate and control what you do inside the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne seems to be focused on patching but less so with programs. Other RMMs that have advanced program libraries beat them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us update things on our network in a semi-decent time frame.

An RMM we can make our own

  • June 07, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is powerful and easy to use, it contains what you need and removes a lot of the bloat you get with other platforms that you'll never use.

Scripting and monitoring is made easy all through the interface, so no need to upload scripts to servers before being able to run them.

The interface is clean and quick, and helps our engineers to see at a glance the info they need and be alerted to all things we need to be aware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any dislikes, a few nice to haves that arent there at the minute, but looking at the change / feature request board (which you can submit items to directly) a number of them are on the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjOne is making it quick and simple for us to support and monitor our customers. It allows us to quickly deploy applications, ensure their systems are patched and compliant and alert us of any issues that may occur so that they can be quickly resolved.

NINJA ONE the perfect remote and patch management solution for IT administrators.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m extremely impressed with Ninja ONE’s remote management tool, Ninja RMM. It provides a seamless and efficient way to manage systems and applications from a centralized location, making IT administration much more convenient.

One of its standout features is automated patch management for both Windows and third-party applications. This ensures that systems stay up to date with the latest security patches and performance fixes, significantly improving security and reducing manual workload.

Integration with CrowdStrike Antivirus is very useful

Additionally, the automated scripts for disk cleanup and defragmentation help optimize system performance and maintain storage health. The detailed notifications and alerts keep administrators well-informed about critical events, enabling quick responses to potential issues.

Another great advantage is the ability to remotely install third-party applications, streamlining software deployment without the need for physical access to each device.

On top of all these powerful features, Ninja ONE offers a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly admin portal, making it easy to navigate and manage all tasks efficiently.

Overall, Ninja ONE delivers a robust and comprehensive solution that enhances system management, security, and productivity—making it an excellent choice for IT professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
No built-in network discovery – The lack of this feature makes it difficult to identify and monitor all devices (like switches, printers, or unauthorized endpoints) on our corporate network. Adding network scanning would greatly enhance visibility and security.

No automated agent deployment – Manually installing Ninja agents on endpoints is time-consuming. An automated, portal-based deployment option would streamline onboarding and ensure no devices are missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja ONE is an incredibly useful remote management tool that simplifies IT support by allowing technicians to remotely connect to end-user systems and resolve issues without on-site visits. This saves significant time and resources while maintaining efficient problem resolution.

Key Benefits of Ninja ONE:
Seamless Remote Support – Quickly assist users without physical access to their machines.
CrowdStrike Integration – Consolidates endpoint detection and remediation in one dashboard. Plus, installing Ninja’s agent automatically deploys CrowdStrike, enhancing security with minimal effort.
Automated Patch Management – Eliminates manual updates for both Windows and third-party apps, ensuring systems stay secure and compliant.
and i can see many more useful integrations.
I have seen vulnerability management also has been introduced in Ninja one which helps to eradicate the the CVEs vulnerabilities from the endpoints.
Task Automation – Saves time by automating routine tasks like:

Disk cleanup & defragmentation, bulk uninstallation of software's from endpoints, can schedule gp update and many more.

Software deployments

Custom script execution
Centralized Control – Manage updates, installations, and security policies from a single, user-friendly portal.

Why It’s a Game-Changer:
By automating repetitive tasks, Ninja ONE lets IT teams focus on strategic initiatives rather than manual upkeep. This leads to:
Fewer vulnerabilities (thanks to timely patching)
Higher productivity (less time spent on routine fixes)
Better end-user satisfaction (faster issue resolution)

Final Verdict:
Ninja ONE is a powerful, time-saving solution for IT teams—especially those managing distributed systems. Its remote access, automation, and security integrations make it a must-have for efficient IT operations.

Great product with fantastic product team

  • June 05, 2023

What do you like best about the product?
The staff are very active in the community and proactively point people to solutions for potential problems. They are constantly looking for new features to put out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. NinjaOne is a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patching is more granular than intunes and I can set forced reboots. The permissions structure means I can give clients access to only what they need.

Great partner since 2016

  • May 25, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've been with Ninja since 2016 and they've been an excellent partner. They are responsive to both billing and service requests and have continually made the RMM tools better and better. They've been a cornerstone part of our MSP business and we very much appreciate the partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be stronger, especially end-user-facing reports that convey the value of what we are providing to our customers. Occasionally we get some hit or miss with the patch management but I'd say it's 95% effective in getting patching done correctly. I'd like to see a little more partnership on the marketing side (i.e. MDF funds, or marketing consultation help to grow both our businesses). Overall, though, our experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GIves us a tool to manage our customers endpoints and provide patch management, remote monitoring and remote support at a reasonable price. We also utilize their NinjaBackups services and the Teamviewer, Splashtop and Webroot integrations.
