NINJA powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
NINJO one's UI is pretty easy to navigate. It also has a decent amount of features from Splastop, Terminal, and spec information regarding it's computers that is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
NINJA usually installs pretty easily on computers, but ever one hundred computers or so it has an issue with an install. In these cases it often doesn't uninstall/reinstall very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NINJA one, helps us alert us whenever one of our computers is having an issue whether it be a low storage space available or a disk error. We also occassionally use it for remoting onto computers, and it gives a good snapshot of where the computers spec are at.
Very simple rmm
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it is extremely easy to pick up and learn while at the same time being super powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historically I was not a huge fan of the backups as it took multiple meetings with support to get image backups working however now they work great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja makes it extremely easy to manage a large amount of endpoints in most aspects
Works on my machine
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of various crucial details about our clients' machines, which is super helpful in troubleshooting, tracking warranties, and even determining whether we need to trash a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the interface will bug out and I'll have to refresh it, but otherwise it tends to work no problem.
I also wish the errors were clearer about Splashtop issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to the important/mission critical details, easy for users to report tickets, easy for us to remote into machines, and file backups that work pretty well.
Fantastic RMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into all of our devices makes everything so much easier for a multitude of different reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a check for duplicate devices based on serial number instead of having to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remote manage devices with limited user interaction
NWF Group - Ninjaone
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different things about ninja that makes it brilliant from the easy to use platform to easily create policies for endpoints. They are also always and I mean always adding new features, doing updates and listening to their community on what future features etc they want and you don't get this with a lot of platforms.
Ninja support team are brilliant, always allowing me to try out the betas which is the fun part of it and exploring as well.
We use the ninja remote support tool now and thats just a brilliant feature they have brought out thats included in the price we pay, allowing seeing multii screens, file sharing and all the features you need/want in a remote tool.
We use ninja all day every day, can't imagine a day without ninja now.
To implement the tool was soo easy and didn't distrub anyone working
The integrations the ninja are bringing out are brilliant, speically the Crowdstrike one but also vulnerability scanning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Think it needs to have an API into powerbi so we can get more data and present some data to our CIO but will put this as a feature request and ninja usually implements feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic server and endpoint patching on a schedule to suit us- this also means we are able to get on with other work/projects without spending time doing updates etc
Lots of logs as well for each endpoint which helps resolve issue
MDM solution included now so all our devices in one place

Very good tool for IT Admins
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can specify as an dislike factor

Applying patches to multiple coputer was a hussle in the past also if a software need to be removed from multiple PC or locate which all PC have a specific software installed was time consuming process whihc is now resolved by NinjaOne.
NinjaOne Applicaton Review
What do you like best about the product?
After the client is setup on the remote machine, NinjaOne allows easy management of the device settings. Allows Windows updates and easy software installation remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that not all installed software on a machine is registered on the Ninja portal. We have found that apps installed in the local user directory does not show in the software inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than using a separate WSUS, SCCM and Antivirs server, I can use NinjaOne for multiple purposes.
Using NinjaOne means I dont have to install another remote management software such as Ultra VNC or Teamviewer

Finally, an RMM that works
What do you like best about the product?
We love that NinjaONE is straightforward enough that most features just work out of the box. Implementation is straightforward, and Ninja integrates with our PSA and documentation platform nicely. We've used several other RMMs over the years, and most of them are so complex that they are almost impossible to get properly configured. None of the other RMMs we've used comes close to how happy we are with NinjaOne. They keep adding additional features, and our rep is fantastic about keeping us informed about changes and upcoming releases. We rarely have to contact customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "red light / green light" status indicator for per-machine and per-organization health isn't as useful as it would appear. Because there's almost always something queued for install or execution, the yellow and red statuses are a fairly common state even with well-managed machines, reducing the usefulness of a "warning light" system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is our primary source of truth for machine inventories, software patch statuses. We also use their Remote Access Portal to allow our clients to remotely access their own machines.
Ninja is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation for Windows updates, leveraging Active Directory to deploy agents and monitoring of HDD capacity with different levels of alerting. This saves us plenty of time...
What do you dislike about the product?
We have it on a TV screen in our office and because it is a web application, we need to use 2FA, which is a bit clunky on our TV, but we have a workaround with a generic account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping windows servers up to date and running out of hard drive space.
Excellent convenience
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has made our internal IT departments job so much easier with policy, remote support, alerting, patching, general statistics, and reporting
I have recommended Ninja to friends in the MSP space as well as other internal IT teams because I truly believe it is one of (if not /the/) best solutions in this category

What do you dislike about the product?
The annoying parts about Ninja are mostly UI issues, Having NMS and endpoints in the same list pollutes the UI and makes it difficult to navigate
No major issues come to mind

NinjaOne is giving us complete oversight of our assets out in the field we did not have while we were still predominantly working with legacy tools, Relying on AD, GPO's, SCCM, and WSUS
Now with a mix of AD, AAD, and standalone devices we can standardize across the board
