  • August 04, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and the deep customisable options to tailor to clients need
What do you dislike about the product?
Any complaints/issues i've had have been quickly resolved by the excellent support of the NinjaOne support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to look at a single dashboard and take action where needed, the automation has saved me hours of time of manually performing tasks for clients, remote access and management is also incredibly easy and stable.

    Manufacturing

Great for managing a medium-size organization of several hundred endpoints.

  • August 03, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Remote control works well; cloud-based console means endpoints only need an internet connection; scheduling and automating patches and updates seems to work well; overall, it's been great for managing several hundred endpoints, including workstations and servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing (and uninstalling) and the native remote control software seems a bit finicky, but may be related to security settings on our domain; was able to work around the issue by using the Splashtop remote control software instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization had long struggled to keep endpoints patched in a timely manner; automating and scheduling the install of patches has increased our security baseline and allowed the IT team to direct attention and time to other areas.

Simple and very effective management tool

  • August 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is most helpful by its simplicity of use. We love the user interface and the features out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully there isn't much about NinjaOne that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is the biggest benefit, but the ease of scripting is also very useful

NinjaOne satisfies the RMM requirements for our business

  • August 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Account management team in Sydney (Ben) has been very informative, responsive and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has been a bit of a let down. They are excellent at following through but we've had more cases closed due to feature/functions and/or tasks being unavailable to the RMM than cases closed with a solid answer.

They are however very persistent and will see things through til the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it's only used as a tool to manage patches and notify us of issues on end points.

Review of Ninja RMM

  • August 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We find the following features most helpful, it has a great reporting tool to send reports to technical staff and CEO. It also has a gret backup system to the cloud which we have found to work quite well. The ability to run scripts and create policies for software updates and create service tickets is also a really great way to manage our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing when setting up backup in policies, so it requires to follow the dojo guide. It would be better if this was more simple to setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to provide customer reporting on the health of thier assets and software. It also enables us to backup devices easily. This saves us time and gives us quality assurance

So many features all packaged in a single program. Couldn't be more happier

  • August 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Way better than Solar Wind, a previous remote management tool our company has been using. There is so many features like running scripts, Wake-on-lan, teamviewer & SplashTop, antivirus, GPupdate and device organisations; all these features installed with a single install. Just AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has a lot of devices and many departments. We wish we could use the search bar to locate a device with the User Login name. This feature would save so much time, avoid confussion and prevent accidentally connecting to the wrong device. Would also loved if the device ribon colours would represent if a device is ON or OFF, as oppose to device health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to configer ALL devices from the console. We require some devices to be restarted at a particular time, so being able to just select a group and run a scheduled reboot, saves so much time. Using this product does not feel tedious at all. Having all the features operational and installed straight from a single installer is amazing, especially for getting Ninja installed on offsite /offnetwork computers. Hugh bonus that the UI is clean and modern.

Easy to use, great fit for purpose

  • August 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and gets the job done. Onboarding was reasonably easy to figure out and the team was very responsive to fill in any gaps. Thoughout the years, we have used Solarwinds, Automate, Pulseway and Naverisk and hands down, this is the easiest and most reliable system out of them all. Unless you are tied into an existing ecosystem, you should give Ninja a try.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients tend to think it is a toy based on the name, but after a bit of exmplaining, they get past this. Automation/scripting has its quirks, but the support team is great with finding solutions. The menu structure of the admin panel is a bit confusing sometimes, but you hardly ever need to touch this area anyway. The TeamViewer integration doesn't always work, but it is TV's fault. There is Screenconnect as a backup option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja takes care of many tasks that can be automated/scripted. Patching, installing apps, onboarding new computers, proactive monitoring, just to name a few.

IT Asset Management Tool

  • August 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asset Management is awesome as we can keep track all of our IT assets seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall lack of guidance from the technical team on how to fully utilize such great tools.
But account manager is really helpful and supportive.

Pushing updates and deploying new software is quite tough and not friendly at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more manual excel needed to keep track of all IT assets.
Now with NinjaOne, we can monitor all IT assets easily.

Solid RRM Platform with great functionality

  • July 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring, patching and the ability to push out scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get false alerts regarding down servers. It doesn't happen often, but it can be a bit annoying when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts and auto-remediation of issues with scripts we've built for purpose.

The best RMM tool I've used!

  • July 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for NinjaOne to perform complex management in a simple easy to use interface is phenomenal. You get full visibility into everything you do and it all just works! Remoting, scripting, and administration are faster than any of the other tools I've used in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some, the maturity level of the product may not be where you'd like it to be in areas such as patching. It's one of the few RMMs that charges for its SNMP monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps give us better visibility on our devices, remote monitoring, and assistance as well as patching, scripting, configuration, policies, and software deployment.
