Almost one year in production
What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives almost complete control over our computers as long as they are connected to the internet

The software deployment section of ninja needs some development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since COVID we have transition to the hybrid work mode, 2-3 days at home, plus we have transitioned to laptops rather than the desktops. So now we were lacking some controls over the laptops while they were outside the corp network, we had several tools that we were using for remote access/remote deployment/ticketing/etc. We combined those multiple tools into ninja and it has given us much better control over our end-points.

What do you like best about the product?
The major that think that is so helpful with NinjaOne is that everything is one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing to dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a program to help keep all of our machines up to date with windows update. It also has a very nice feature that texts you when machines go offline which is a great feature for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how intuitive it is, it's very easy to manage and everything is very unified. Thanks to its internal agent, you can have all the information centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of compatibility with iOS and Android device management is essential for the tool to be complete, that this function is available and those devices can also be managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it is facilitating the management of IT incidents and connectivity with the same assets. It is also very useful for managing custom scripts that we have in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The overview of each computer. Different policies applied to different computers and servers. Different options for remoting on the computers. Setting up auto restarts for devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have more than an hour on the utilization. I don't like how we have to send an email to our rep to update device count. I think that should be automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to monitor our clients computers. As well as manage the patches applied to the computers. We also enable webroot to apply virus protection when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. We have gone through many RMMs and Ninja is the first one to actually work. It does everything that it says it does and the UI is nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was buggy at first, but we worked with their devs to clean everything up. We're smooth sailing now.

IT software sucks. This one is one of the few that's great.

The patch management on devices the monitoring and all those studf that are extremely fast,also the scripts that you can make your own and push then kn device's

The patch management that we wanted to control the windows updates for our users and the function that alerts us for critical updates that users dont have

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and setup, rep is easy to work with, no long contracts good product

- Phone support would be better than ticketing
- A bigger and more comprensive tools library - it can be quite tome consuming looking of rscripts and tools only to find the dont exist.
- Seat price is quite high compared with other RMMs

Ninja is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of NinjaOne is being able to make sure my patches are going out and knowing that my PC's aren't a vulnrability in our envirnment. Love it
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intergrations still aren't in there like Nutanix and Fortinet but they are growing and now coming out with a mobile SIM which is exciting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits us by making sure everything is up to date

What do you like best about the product?
I love the single-pane-of-glass with as many solutions in one login as possible. It works like a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish my Stripe and/or Quickbooks Online worked with it since that's what I had with my last RMM. However, I'm learning to work with it for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have per-device billing with my RMM/PSA and a solution that offered better support, and Ninja has provided that, resulting in my increased efficiency.

UI was confusing at first, Software install has to be done through a scheduled task
