Simple + feature packed & Excellent support service
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is highly engaged, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. While we were learning the system, we never had to wait long for replies, and every response we received was helpful and addressed our questions directly. Ninja is straightforward to learn, simple to deploy, and easy to manage. The knowledge base articles are easy to find and helpful, and the provided training is excellent, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
MacOS presents some challenges, but this is an issue with most RMMs. NinjaOne offers solid functionality for Mac, but there are still certain limitations due to the restrictions inherent in MacOS. We use NinjaOne roughly 50/50 across both Windows and Mac devices, and it has proven to be excellent for managing our hybrid OS support environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is giving us greater insight and control over our customer environments. Additionally, we are using it as a backup solution for MacOS devices, since our current provider does not support MacOS. By relying on Ninja for Mac backup, we are able to avoid bringing in another vendor or tool, which helps streamline our technology stack.
Ninja is very good for to window workstation but guy's need to improve for Linux and Mac devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing windows and push based notifications
What do you dislike about the product?

A great partner for success!
What do you like best about the product?
Starting with Ninja was easy to implement, manage, and looks great when showing the system to clients. We use the system every day. Their support, whether from your account representative or technical, has always been timely, if not lightning fast. When we added their backup, the onboarding was easy and quick, including finding answers to the hard questions and admitting when they had to "find out: more to match our needs. Always a great experience. We use the monitoring, scripting, SaaS backup, Cloud backup, MDM, patching, endpoint monitoring, documentation, and Archiving for email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a Cloud Management system added to bring in Office 365 and Google apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in information needed across a breath of Endpoint, DNS, and Networking data into a single pane of glass save time and money for our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting is not our forte. However, NinaOne listened and regulary releases out of the box script options. The NinjaDojo library and community are there for additional support. AI, filling the need as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the majority of our compute assets being used in the field, centralizing management regardless of location has been key to our support. Staff rarely need to visit our locations for support, as we have full understanding, reporting and abilitiy to remotely manage our fleet.

Ninja Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and ability to manage our entire fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if their were beginner resources for building scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep our systems in compliance with our SOC-II standards.
It just works!
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite tools is the quick look at resources being used on a system in our fleet. Being able to see status and information for a system in one quick and easy place is great. Connections are fast and relaiable on systems what really makes it a great choice for every day use. Being able to fix issues in a fast hands on manner is also great when I not only want to fix an issue on a user's system, but I also want to teach them step by step how to preform a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frustrating things is that the NingaRMMAgent may not startup normally, when this happens it becomes a very combersum task to instruct a user in the process of restarting the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a fast, reliable tool for remote access and support to user systems. It even helps with remote system deployment and allocation.
Patch management and remote access savior
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly resolved our patch management issues. Easy to deploy agent, and very light weight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new modules tends to be a little more involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint, asset, patch same list as above
A great way to manage endpoints spread over various locations around the world will minimal Effort
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to manage interface, allows for me to check the status daily on hundreds of end user devices and servers from a single view. It allows for integration with many of my other tools and also allows us to push new products and software to our end users from an easy to manage dahboard. Ninja is also very useful in troubleshooting issues for our end users by checking the status of the machine without having to rely on end users relay information. The Remote desktop feature is a life changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup solution they offer is good for normal end points such as laptops and desktops. However, on large, data heavy servers the restore process can take a while to recover. It is also not as easy to manage the backups of virtual machines in an ESXI or hyper-V enviroment as others in the backup relm such as Veem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to manage all devices from a single view, and push updates and perform backups with out having to jump around to multilple apps.
