What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is incredibly user friendly and intuitive. I originally began using Ninja for patch management but over the years it has grown to be more and more useful. New features are added frequently, and users are kept informed of upcoming features and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely at this time have no issues to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Ninja for patching, software implementation/removal, feature updates, as well as reporting on and monitoring the health of our environment.

Clean UI, great automation, and user-friendly

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is the patching tool. We have automated OS patching and 3rd party patches setup with Winget that push out weekly. I also like how easy it is to push out the agent to new devices. (automated with Autopilot)
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne Remote - It works much better these days, but I've had a lot of bad experiences with errors etc when trying to remote into a workstation. I also wish there were slightly better reporting with patching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connections, scripting, and OS/3rd party patching.
Helps our helpdesk remote into workstations to assist users. Helps us automate things and push it out to devices, and also helps with automating patches.

Powerful, Evolving RMM Platform with a Learning Curve

  • May 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is incredibly easy to get started with. The interface is clean, and the workflows are intuitive, making it a great choice for teams that want to hit the ground running. Its integration capabilities are top-notch—connecting seamlessly with other tools in our stack to streamline endpoint management and automation. I also appreciate the steady cadence of updates and new features. The development team clearly listens to user feedback and is committed to continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI, while functional, can be a bit cumbersome to navigate at first. Some menus and settings aren’t where you’d expect them to be, which can slow you down initially. That said, once you get familiar with the layout, it becomes a very powerful and efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage and monitor endpoints across multiple environments with ease. It reduces manual overhead, improves visibility, and allows us to respond quickly to issues. The integrations and automation features have saved us countless hours and improved our overall IT operations.

As a full service msp, NinjaOne works great for us with all of the features, tools, integrations that the platform has. The UI is smooth. Support is willing to help when you have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one instance I had was getting an email for support meeting telling me it was for 9 am eastern 8 central at 752. The response was super quick but as a business owner I didn’t get to get it scheduled as I didn’t see it until 830 central
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves my need as a msp for rmm psa platform with disaster recovery ticketing, with edr epp soc av integration, remote access tools simplifying my IT business

Highly Capable MDM solution for Windows

  • May 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful support offering and great Customer Success relations, especially with our CSM Maddie Born-Crockett whom we can regularly chat about any issues we have. The tool itself is easy to deploy to machines and has a highly capable feature set for management of devices. Alerting is easy ish to set up with Slack too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of updates for some tools is not natively supported, so it does require custom scripting and development, which can be hard to do in smaller teams. The support team offer good assistance with this though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solution to help us ensure our Windows devices are updated and configured as required.

Ninja One is a very good and trusted RMM. It makes things easy and allows pro users to do much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Scripting is top notch and the system in General is very good, well laid out and functions quite well. Their customer service is top notch as well. I have always had good luck with reaching them for various items. They are also coming out with new features all the time so it makes it more appealing as they keep improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all. Sometimes it can be fun with patching to get everything Green, but overall there is not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive one stop shop for all RMM related tasks.

Game changer, even for small business...

  • May 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of having NinjaOne has been the consolidation of the many tools required for our business to manager our workstations, their patching, and antivirus.
What do you dislike about the product?
SentinelOne is a separate product that partners with NinjaOne and although it is helpful having alerting take place within the NinjaOne dashboard, it would be really helpful to run simple actions such as virus scan or containment directly without having to navigate elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows Patching is something that I no longer have to worry about. Notifications for failed or patch approval allow me to focus my time on other areas of management. Reporting is automated and can be customized for different stakeholders. Also, remote control is a breeze and reliable as well.

Great product, just a few changes would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
The remote-control client that's built-in works great, the patching is incredibly helpful, and the wide variety of automations and alerts is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few things -- some applications are difficult to install without custom commands or multiple steps; unfortunately NinjaOne doesn't seem to handle those very well. If I could create a multi-step install where one step is copying an msi / exe over, then the next step is running a custom install command, etc, that would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a fast and easy way to immediately connect to a user's endpoint for support; previously we had to make sure the employee was on our network and we would RDP in which isn't always the best solution. NinjaOne also provides a large bank of automations and scripts that makes employee self-service quick and easy.
