Fantastic Product That Listens To Customers
What do you like best about the product?
We love the product that implements ideas that we have into the system. When we wanted certain features such as install a product, or have certain reporting measures, they were coming out with that either in a few weeks or months or already had it. The support staff is excellent and willing to help all the time even if it's a simple answer. Patch management compliance is a great feature we love to look at as a daily reporting. Overall would recommend this product to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't able to work at the moment and patch management is great but sometimes it doesn't seem to apply. It will tell you it doesn't work at the moment or failed. Even though it may have applied the patch it doesn't remove it from the system. This is a small thing that only happens on those pesky LG Laptops or Asus Laptops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT assset management and monitoring all systems. This keeps it ease of use to our top priority. We have a dashboard that will tell us system statuses and handle each issue quickly.
Great Times Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
The free form scripting mode. For anything third party not supported we can build out our own updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third party patching library has a bunch of outdated apps no longer used. Overhaul that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not 100% sure. I just joined a month ago and we don't go live until January 1st. That being said, I like that NinjaOne is planning to overhaul 3rd party patching and LOVE that you allow your client-base to help guide what features should be deployed.
Ninja RMM great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, scripts are working perfectly
What do you dislike about the product?
All is great, maybe to improve the layout off the Dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to the endpoints, mobile app give more information and access to endpoints as well
NinjaOne is a solid product
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is great for patching, they are coming around with more integrations too. Always new product updates, that seem to be helpful in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still fairly new and still needs work on items like reporting and finding data from your machines. But its coming around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its giving us access to see our machines and patch them. Making sure we keep them up to date. This makes our lives easier as an IT Admin.
Powerful tools, simple interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and intuitive. It is not cluttered - finding and using tools is easy. The toolset is comprehensive and with the addition of documentation, backup, and AV it lets us slim our stack. Between it and our ticketing system, it is a tool that is used all day every day for all customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with our current ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy solution that combines our most commonly needed tasks into a single interface.
Great RMM without the nonsense
What do you like best about the product?
The RMM itself is a great product. We can do what we need to do supporting endpoints. The support is good, reps are responsive, and my most favorite thing about NinjaOne, is the confidnece I have they do not stop trying to make the product better. Most other big time RMM's are old, outdated and seem no longer developed.
The ease of use and roll out/implementation was phenominal. We really like the monitors we can create. We use this frequently all day every day to be notified and stay on top of issues. Integrated with Connectwise Control perfectly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest trouble we have are manaign MacOS endpoints. MacOS constantly destroys Ninja installs when the OS updates. They are working on MDM style of management which I hope will be good. This has been a struggle we have been trying to work through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to support our clients faster and more efficiently.
Amazing simple, and keeps RMM a RMM Only
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is an amazing product, it truly keeps its focus on being an RMM and a great one at that. They have made so many advances in the last 3-4 years but not lost their focus on keeping the interface light, easy to navigate, and keeping the core functionality. We've been overly impressed by the focus on MFA and security compared to other products on the market and the integrations between their product and other mainstream PSA's and Inventory/Asset Management systems has made our visiblity and reporting leaps and bounds better than our competititors. Our account manager is on top of it, reaches out to us on a frequent basis, and gets us early access to test and implement new changes in their system. Overall we have been amazed with the product and support to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we wish there was a native dark mode. Everything else is super clean and the product updates have continued to bring new updates and features as we need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this product to manage all of our customer endpoints. We are leveraging automation from their scripting engine and also direct webhook alterting into our PSA, and our account management team is able to take asset information from Ninja poll it into our PSA and then digest it into vCIO reports.
Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and makes managing many computers a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting would be more detailed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management, software deployment, Endpoint management
NinjaOne has dramatically improved how our teams operate.
What do you like best about the product?
The inventory data, automation tools, deployment tools, API, PowerShell module, remote control/commands (TeamViewer and PowerShell), and just the huge amount of visibility and detail it provides on our systems and infrastructure.
Hypervisor support is great.
Our client services team's response time and ability to proactively prevent issues have improved dramatically.
Deploying the agent is incredibly easy. Our rollout took less than a week.
NinjaOne's support and account management teams have been very responsive to our requests, and a big help for planning our roadmap in conjunction with the coming additional features for NinjaOne.
NinjaOne isn't necessarily the best at any one thing it does, but the overall solution is amazing and accomplishes a great deal for a very reasonable price.

What do you dislike about the product?
More granular access controls would help, and the Network Monitoring component is lacking, although a complete revamp of the NinjaOne NMS is apparentely in the works for 2024.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing NinjaOne we had very few options for inventory, software deployment & patching, remote support, or monitoring of endpoints to proactively address issues. NinjaOne has solved that.
Ninja Has been a wonderful vendor.
What do you like best about the product?
Elegantly simple, yet feature rich RMM Solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as mnay integrations as CW, but hasn't been a big challenge for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access and Management of client endpoints.
