An intuitive user experience

What do you like best about the product?
After having tested out and researched other solutions, NinjaRMM stood out from the rest. Using this tool and navigating through its user interface was a positive experience that other solutions failed to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but as someone that likes to customize dashboards, I thought not being able to do so was weird. I get it though, keep things simple!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving workstation alerts has helped me in doing preventative maintenance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the time your daily or weekly maintenance plan is going towards using a solution and ask yourself if the solution is easy to use, but also has all the features you are looking for.

Great Software and Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
The support is always very fast and helpful. The RMM software is easy to use and very powerful. We mainly use NinjaRMM to remotely access and support our client endpoints, and for this, NinjaRMM has been the best decision we've made. We get daily and weekly reports for everything in our client organizations, and we are able to easily see when something is wrong. For example, over a weekend, one of our clients had a power outage, and we knew of it within 15 minutes despite no one being present at the client's office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about using NinjaRMM. The software is great. Everything works well. If there was one thing I'd have to say, the MFA is a little bit too much. You have to enter an MFA code for some tasks even after providing one during login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM helps us keep track of our clients' machines, provide remote support, automate maintenance, and more. It has helped us stay organized with all of the devices we have deployed both internally and at our clients' sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NinjaRMM has a lot of options for policies and organizations. These features really help to keep your infrastructure organized, and you can even share policies between organizations. The software also enables you to remotely manage the endpoints either through something like TeamViewer or with a remote console, which is a huge win.

Efficient and reliable RMM at a price that won't break your IT budget!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability of NinjaRMM, and the flexibility it affords me and my staff in providing the best remote support to our ever-growing mobile workforce. The ability to seamlessly integrate apps like TeamViewer, Splashtop, and Webroot have been a boon in time-saving efficiency. We are thoroughly pleased with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is an area that I find particularly hard to critique, in that we are so pleased with Ninja overall. I heavily researched the available solutions before making the leap to Ninja, so I would have to say that - as of now at least - we really have nothing that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critical remote errors during patch management, general remote hardware diagnostics, hardware inventories of systems issued to the mobile workforce, and providing overall remote support to the workforce as a whole.

Excellent RMM product

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with TeamViewer is an excellent tool for remotely logging to our managed devices. The scheduled patching and updates tool is very helpful. Also, we are able to manually run a single script across our 50+ devices which can be very handy in certain circumstances.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more built-in scripts for automatically removing annoying and sometime malicious chrome extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage 50+ desktops and devices across are various stores that are located in remote areas. NinjaRMM has helped us keep n better eye on keeping these desktops in tip top shape.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the pre-made script library, the integration with Teamviewer. Being able to set custom alerts for each different workflow is great as well

Would be great if there was an Asia PAC Support office

Ninja helps keep us on top of potential PC issues which could affect our uptime

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface, speed, and the SUPPORT.
The support team is US based, have all been very, very knowledgeable and have great personalities. I never feel bad about calling in or someone is "dealing" with me.


The OS patch management system is also very intuitive and honestly one of the better choice vs WSUS / SCCM which is leagues away and requires on site hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
No MAC TV integration.. yet.
Fix the install path name to be a variable that can be set!
I don't have a whole lot I don't like at this point in time.
Love to see the reporting features get expanded as there is a lot of data there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft Windows Patching, Remote support, silent software uninstalls, reporting, asset inventory, security, allowing 1 person to more easily manage 115 computers. It pays for itself over and over again.

It's really cuts time for support / incident management down quite a bit.
The alerts also help build cases for needing upgrades / new machines or even potential malware installation. We do not have it integrated with an AV but I am sure if I did it would be even more streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it!
Trial against pulseway, connectwise, solar winds. You will QUICKLY realize how well it works, how intuitive it is and how absolutely amazing the support is.

NinjaRMM: It just works

What do you like best about the product?
I came from another product that was extremely slow. All of the patching and mass configuration changes took so long to initiate and sometimes I would get failures with no explanation.

In NinjaRMM everything very fast and immediately responsive so I can see when Ninja is working and what status codes or messages came back after running a task action. NinjaRMM has made my life much easier and has given me better control over my endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside currently is the lack of API integration (including lack of webhooks). I would love to tightly integrate NinjaRMM into some other platforms I manage to provide my customers a single pane of glass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core benefits and problem solving that NinjaRMM provides is just the immediate feedback and quick execution of commands/actions. I don't have to wait for Ninja to start working. It's always responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do yourself a favor and do a trial. You'll be really impressed with the performance and logging.

Great RMM for someones first time

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy everything was to understand about it. All the options were clear and concise when going through the Ninja RMM program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really have no dislikes about it right now because if there is an issue their support staff is amazing and jumps on top of every issue with lighting speed. I have never seen anything like that in my professional career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of all my machines across multiple offices and multiple states. Deployment of any softwares, updates, new bitdefender antivirus and monitoring all from one screen which is great. Also the newest remote access from Teamviewer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the last remote, monitoring, antivirus, windows update, patch management system, asset tracker that you will need to ever use.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM provide a great solution for managing different OS. NinjaRMM is one stop shop for us. One of the best tips I can give people who are looking for a RMM is to keep it simple. As someone who specializes and work with schools NinjaRMM makes my day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish NinjaRMM was able to integrate Malwarebytes into the software so deployment would be a little easier. However a team of NinjaRMM state that it will be integrated soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now NinjaRMM is proving a simple way to manage multiple OS. These workstations are in various locations across the US. Man hours spend working on local workstation have drop.

They have an excellent support team.

A Great and Easy to use RMM

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is very easy to use and very fast. Many web based systems are slow when changing from one screen to another but NinjaRMM is very fast and smooth. We get great data from the system and are able to monitor our computers and remote in and help users without any problems. They are adding new features and making the system better all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are under the configuration so you have to jump back and forth between screens. They also went a little overboard on the TFA requirements, but in a recent update they toned it down a bit and made it not as annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We where able to cut our costs by consolidating our Antivirus Software/Remote Software/Management Software with one suite that does everything we need and in some cases, even better!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When setting up policies be careful of the "run immediately" it really does what it says it does...we did some mass installs very quickly while still learning the ins/outs of the system.
