Great job Ninjaone!
What do you like best about the product?
For me the most helpful thing, it's the posibility to have all the tools and all the clients in the same suite. It's so helpful not to have being login on a diferent tools and changing sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA not to be able to use with fingerprint or something faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kind of problems, updates, remote suport, sentinelone...
Makes our old RMM Tool look like a joke
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to find information. Constant addditions to features and impovements on current features. Was easy to integrate into our current stack and onboard current and new clients in. When we've had questions support has had an answer in short period of time. Its always up and inuse daily on my screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints in using NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily block updates that cause issues with the click of a button or simply enter the KB number. With our old tool it took way too many steps for what should be a simple task.
Best RMM for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to mass instal software via NinjaOne, and create and my own custom scripts
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there isn't a backstage mode that allows a tech to work on the computer without bothering the user is kind of a let down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify, evaluate, and deploy patches automatically to improve patch compliance and endpoint security. Deploy, patch, and manage applications at scale for faster onboarding, better support, and improved endpoint security.
A solid RMM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is very simple and easy to use. It makes managing our IT clients much simpler than we could previously with other solutions. I also like that the product is designed for MSPs. Relatively speaking, this industry is still rather young, and having tools tailored to how we operate is simply invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike enough about the product to warrant including in this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say the main problem they are helping us solve is efficiency. Their tools allow us to utilize our employees' time troubleshooting more efficiently and also allow us to proactively monitor / remediate issues as they pop up. With automations, we can take that a step further and automatically remediate issues based on certain conditions that occur. It's truly a boon to a small business like ours.
NinjaOne Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Technician portal functions way better than my experience with other RMM tools like Kaseya in regards to ease of use and user experience. A lot of features are pretty intuitive. Ex. Backups, pushing scripts, connecting to devices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via email is a tad bit slower than expected. Other forms like meeting via a meeting to ask questions has given a better experience. But, this option isn't always possible due to schedule variability on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the issue of being able to easily assist remote users via their portal with a simple and easy to integrate solution.
Patching and remote support all in one!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of patching systems for windows updates and third party updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja team is always rolling out new features. Although it is not a direct replacment for software installs, they are getting better at creating a platform where you can push installs that can be silently installed with command lines. Some of the reporting can be improved for things like asset inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the issue of remotly supporting customers in the field. Before we had to get the PC's onto a VPN to do any work to them. Now they just need an internet connection and we can connect to their laptop via teamviewer.
Great product with regular updates and improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use yet powerful and I can get tasks done in much fewer clicks than my previous RMM. There's an active community to answer questions, and my account manager is in regular contact and has a lot of time for me despite being a tiny customer.
New features and improvements are being added regularly.
New features and improvements are being added regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation in the admin area can be a bit clunky but otherwise no major faults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and patching of my managed endpoints.
Excellent experience working with NinjaOne!
What do you like best about the product?
We have a pretty complex setup for our NinjaOne Tenant that needs a lot of customizability and policies, the Ninja Support team has been there every step of the way to ensure we get things working properly. It seems like everytime I come up with an issue it is either fixed quickly or is being pushed out in the next update or 2. So far it seems like their programmers are hard at work throwing out new innovations and quick fixes to make the experience better for us. It has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say anything it would be that there are still a few key features that are missing (though they assured me they are in the pipeline) a key one being re-occuring tickets which is definitely needed asap. Other than a few basic necessities for us that they are working on, that is my only real complaint since joining Ninja!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated OS and Software patching is amazing, the Ninja Remote while still in its infancy is showing incredible promise, and the ticketing system works incredibly well!
Feature packed and easy to use for a small IT team
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the single-pane of glass that enables visibility into our entire infrastructure. From endpoints to servers, we are able to manage software, deploy scripts, remediate issues, create documentation and backups, integrate ticketing and remote assist users. The new cloud-based SaaS backup for Google Workspace complements the existing server and endpoint backup solution to have a single solution for the whole infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if they enabled easier integration with other platforms, mainly identity management. I also semi-frequently have devices that have errors installing updates, but the patch management integration doesn't provide much context or error messages as to what is causing trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and maintaining devices, patch management, remote troubleshooting, event logging, security management.
Our team loves NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the featureset of NinjaOne and how easily it helps us accomplish basic and advanced tasks for us and our clients. We love how close the NinjaOne team is to the MSP community and we are always excited to see the creative features that are added to the product. As a company that uses many vendors we have found the NinjaOne team consistently provides useful responses when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one of our technicians expressed any negative opinions about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our advanced users commented: "I'm using it right now to gather info for a client's new Director of Security & Risk. NinjaOne, with its built-in capabilities and Custom Fields is making it easy to report on Local Admins and generate an Asset Inventory. Some go-tos of mine: CMD\PowerShell console and ability to create\run scripts on device(s)."
Comment from one of our newer technicians: "As someone who has used NinjaOne as their first RMM tool it was very easy to pick up. It offers a ton of info at a glance for endpoints and offers useful features that have helped me tremendously over my time as a tech. Features such as the ability to run CMD/PowerShell both as system and as the signed in user, ease of use when running scripts, custom fields, ability to access an endpoint's file explorer, and the "details" panel that gives an in-depth view of the endpoint's hardware. All of this is backed by a great community and a team that seems to really care about feedback and strives to improve."
