Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what stands out. We've used other RMM platforms before and this is by far our favorite. Customer support has been responsive and accurately helpful throughout onboarding and day to day use. The scripting and automation has truly been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight negative would be the fact that reporting could be better. It's light years better than our previous RMM platform but there could be room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to service our customer base more effectively with NinjaOne. Easier scripting tools makes us much more efficient. The patching engine and SentinelOne integration help us provide a better security offering. And the price makes us more profitable.

I like ninja because it allows me to execute actions remotely on computers

It doesn't allow me to get more personalized lists than what I need from my infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Great overview over pretty much everything you'd like. Great remote tools and overview over the devices and also the possibilities of managing them are endless. Really easy to integrate and use

Didn't really found things I dislike about NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
The support is fantastic, live and on demand. The system is easy to use and implementation was a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
No major drawback so far. There is a lot to understand so it's taking some ramp up time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using NinjaOne for Remote Montioring, Endpoint Management and Patch Management. We previously had no solution for support in any of these areas. It's also allowing us to roll out company wide software in a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, reliable, and easy to implement. Patch management is great. Reporting just got better. Customer support is great. Great integrations. Product is steadily being improved based off of customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if devices were billed based on activity within a billing period. Auditing and cleaning up offline devices while still being billed for them is not the best solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall endpoint management makes enduser support easy and helps us provide our clients with great customer support. Reliable patch management helps keep them safe.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is easy to use and their customer support is always available. Implementation is very startight-forward and the number of features offered today is good. Account reps are easy to reach to assist with issues, questions, and general inquiries. There are little to no complaints from technicians who are using the product daily as they find it intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a great platform, there are several what I percieve to be "basic features" that are missing. These include Bitdefender GravityZone controls/dashboard, printer toner monitoring, better/more detailed reporting, and in general it takes them a long time to implement features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to remotely manage machines both from the back-end and remotly to assist users.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are easy to use and work as expected. A modern interface tied to powerful RMM tools that work is exactly what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for MDM, but it is listed as a future upgrade on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast alerts and updates where other RMMs vendors fail. Remote access tool is solid. Patch management is greatly improved, it seems to be something they enhance regularly. Their tools help us manage our clients and provide a fast and professional service.

What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to get up and running / deployed in our organization. Cost was competitive compared to other RMM solutions we looked at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features were a lot more limited for managing Macs than PCs. The management software itself also has some bugs on Macs that need to be worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a tool to manage and support our computers in a remote-first environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, and large amount of modern features. Tasks that used to take us hours (or sometimes days) to figure out in Automate can now be done in minutes. I have also found the Dojo extremely useful when troubleshooting new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to using NinjaOne in comparison to Connectwise Automate. Automate did have a few extra features with its Screenconnect app that Quickconnect is missing, but NinjaOne is closing that gap with every new update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily deploy software and/or scripts to a large amount of computers easily. It allows us to accurately monitor networks, workstations and servers. It also provides an easy tool for remote access.
