Great product!

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI. Agents dont break randomly like other RMMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall NinjaOne is a great product and I don't have complaints. To be Nit-picky: Ninja remote's copy and paste features need some work. Can't copy and paste from an agent pc to your pc unless going to desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management works great and relieves much stress that other RMMs have caused when trying to patch endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
GUI interface is easy to navigate and wwasy to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel would improve it the remote access API with Teamviewer. At one point I was able to use the Teamviewer Enterprise license but not anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my RMM needs are being filled at the current moment.

NinjaOne has revolutionized our business.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features that we use on a daily basis. Themost used is the remote desktop. The ability to have three remote options is very valuable. The file explorer feature has proven to be extremely useful. There are so many features that we use that it is difficult to list them all here. The information displayed and the reporting availble also allows use to quickly respond to clients requests concerning their environment. The tool is so well rounded that we have since stopped using any other support tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have really thought about this question. Trying to remember a negative event or issue we had with the system but there just isn't any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a MDM tool and now that is getting deployed. I think that is going be great to offer our clients.

Simple UI with powerful tools, some bugs

  • November 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from Connectwise Automate, I appreciate the ease of use in Ninja for tasks such as scheduling an overnight reboot. Complicated scripts would be required in Automate, where the UI has native options for these common tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne does have a bug in QuickConnect that I'm working through with support. An elevated window of any kind will block my inputs. If the end user closes the elevated command prompt, I regain control.
I'm not seeing an easy way to sort devices by machine type - desktop/laptop/server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a tool now that is implemented through a link on our website. Most users find Quickconnect easy to get connected with. Simplicity is the greatest strength, despite some present bugs at this stage.

A review of NinjaOne

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to get used to as a non-technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to understand how certain new features such as the ticketing system were meant ot be utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it incredibly easy to manage devices in mass. Writing scripts is super easy and deploying these to all devices at once couldn't be simpler.

Extremely user Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about NinjaOne is how user friendly it is. I have found it very easy to use and navigate through even when I first started with endpoint management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think tha the "details" section under each device needs some work, while the information given about the CPU is great, the information given for the Memory is lacking, I can't easily tell the speed of the RAM or the type. Which makes matching customer systems more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM gives great insight into a lot of the "issues" occurring on systems. It also holds information on the last user log in, which makes it easier to track whether or not the device is in use.

Easy to use and better than others!

  • November 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and deploy. The alerting process is great, no special setups for raid or smart fails for HDD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be better for you to customize it. A cleaner look than what I'm used to. Support is good but could be better. I wish we could white-label the remote login app for customers. Example Splashtop, Teamviewer, or Ninja remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to monitor, fix, and service over 350 endpoints without paying huge fees. Offering a great value to customers and peace of mind.

NinjaOne is great for computer management and software asset tracking

  • November 07, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja allowed me to inventory my devices more accurately and replace my legacy Spiceworks managment finaly.
All of the automations and scheduling of reboots is a cherry on top. An additonal cherry on top is the remote desktop functionality which will soon replace another legacy app we use internally and another app we use for remote workers.
I guess the sprinkles on top would be the ability to control bitlocker on our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have had was with an AV / MDR integration, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a new device (mostly computer) asset tracking app, and I also needed to be able to discover software on my network for licensing and auditing purposes. Spiceworks used to have a good app for this, but it was EOL awhile ago.
New requirements also specified tracking which devices had encrypted hard drives, and a side effect of that is tracking all the decryption keys. I got tired of trying to figure out all the MS rebranding of tools and I don't have system center or the desire to go down that route, so Ninja to the rescue.
We also have our first batch of remote workers, so Ninja allows me to remote to their computers, stop processes and run some powershell and cmd scripts. My internal network remote desktop app was also having more and more issues.
I have also scheduled reboots of computers Ninja detects as needing reboots (like after an update, or after a few weeks) so I have slightly less user desktop issues.
