Best RMM on the market for any MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all my devices and resources in one location that I can manage and monitor makes life so much easier with the amount of clients we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agent tends to be running on the host yet connectivity with Ninja shows the device disconnected and we have to connect to the device an manually restart the agent.

It just works!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that its eay to use, scripting languages are actual native languages not some proprietary language you have to be some kind of expert to figure out (Automate). I like the UI and the mobile app work great. We use the RMM, Patching, MDM, Backup, Warranty Tracking, pretty much everything except the Documentation. Even this area is great but we have a seperate platform for this already.

Ticketing system is still lacking but I know its coming.

They solve the ease of use of the product. This single product allows me to manage all my endpoints from a single mobile phone if I need to allowing me the freedom to support my endpoints from anywhere.
After about a year using NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The main panel shows me a lot of information and I have easy access to more specific information about customers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to figure out some of the more advanced features. This is more due to me being in a small shop and having limited time to spend learning it than anything else, but it can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all we use for RMM, and it also allows us to easily provide our customers with remote access to their devices.
Founder
What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple. RMM software and NinjaOne has been the easiest to use and feature-rich product. By far, the patching, script writing, and remote control are better than the other products I have used. The filtering ability of NinjaOne is more flexible than I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the scripting, it has variables but does not allow me to read secure document variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used another RMM, and the Patching Module was not reliable in patching of Windows and Third-party patches. NinjaOne, by far does it better.
